It's actually pretty simple. You just place one hand perpendicular over the other.

And, no, they lost the game directly because they had no time to answer GTs score. Patently obvious it was the wrong choice.

PLENTY of reasons to be critical of Dabo.    Plenty of reasons why they lost.  That coaching there at the end was fine.  You can’t let outcome dictate if it was big picture good decision making to put them in that really tight spot with a career kick.  It’s football.  Players play.  They pulled it off.

You can blast Clemson for what did during those 4 quarters and leading into the season.  That’s where the game was actually lost

Honestly this was more about Tech they controlled the game and are the better team.

Clemson has the most talent in the ACC.  Just not a good football team.   Dabo knew last year he didn’t have a run game and he didn’t solve that easy problem.  Cade needs a strong run to work off of.  Not having that just messes up the whole thing.  Clemson DL living off those that came before them too.   Woods and Parker just ain’t what has been there.  I mean they good but just don’t as good as advertised

GT has the best QB in the ACC

I might be a Clemson fan but I called Clemson and the Gamecocks going down today.  Both look overrated at this stage.  I think like LG said Clemson probably a bottom ish top 25 team when all said and done.

They probably do. Who are you thinking? And I'm gonna LMAO if you say Carson Beck. LOL

Beck is a douche, but he's significantly better than Haynes.

Haynes is an incredible athlete playing QB.

It would be like saying The Golden Calf of Bristol was a better QB than Matthew Stafford when they were both in school.

say what ...

Name someone better?

and I’m not talking about NFL prospect and how they project at the next level.  Straight up best college QB in the ACC is the GT kid.

being just a great college QB is a thing.  And you can be better QB than dudes suited to be better at the next level.   Take a Cam, Cam was a better college QB than almost any name you would pull out of a hat of dudes that were better in the pros

Beck is more talented but I'd take Haynes all day everyday. Was The Golden Calf of Bristol a better college QB than Stafford? Yes, he was. Absolutely.

The Golden Calf of Bristol was a better college QB than Matt Stafford.   Stafford was a SIGNIFICANTLY better pro prospect and it played out that way

    • In 2025 Sam Darnold had over 1k more passing yards than Bryce Young on 1 less pass attempt. Repeat that to yourself several times and let it sink in. I absolutely love it when people come on here and invoke Sam Darnold like some gotcha. Darnold is the physical prototype for what anyone needs in a franchise QB. All the physical tools. Few people thought he would put it all together on the mental side of the position. He used to make some of the worst decisions you would ever see. At times in the past he made up for that with absurd throws and athleticism. But make no mistake whatsoever no matter how you feel about our starting QB. Bryce Young is a completely opposite conundrum. He lacks virtually any and all physical tools and athleticism and his elite processing is really mediocre at best on a good day and horrific on a bad day. These are realities people should have already been addressing instead of quadrupling down in year four.
    • The nice thing about the timing of Bryce's contract at least is that it's going to match up with the 2027 Draft Class. No excuses, he either becomes Rams 2nd half Bryce year long, or we draft his replacement.  Nothing wrong with carrying Bryce on his 5th year expiring and a 1st round rookie waiting in the wings. Let the rookie sit until the trade deadline, deal Bryce to a needy team at the time, profit.
    • Yeah they were bad QBs - but QB's that stayed on their teams for several years.  BY is better than all of those.
