Underperforming since Hunt went out. But wth is wrong with our personnel decisions?? Who is organizing the depth chart?? ... Canales???

Two weeks ago in the post game presser he said something along the lines of he was pushing for the younger guys to get more playing time. So if Evero is arranging the burn on the defense being the DC, is Idzik responsible for the offense?? I just wanna know who is to blame for the following Oline switchups:

1. Corbett over Mays, after seeing Mays finish the last 8 games last season pretty damn strong.

2. Hunt goes down, Zavala goes in, Zavala goes down, dude we just signed off the practice squad goes in, Walton goes down.... Brady Christensen goes in. How is a guy capable of playing all 5 spots so far down on the depth chart? Noticeable improvement at the spot once he actually got in.

Maybe it's Idzik.. hell I don't even know what he does on the team anyway.

Canales is responsible. Idzik cannot do anything without his approval. It should be the same with the defense. If it's not then who is the actual head coach?  I say fire the lot of the and run Tepper out of town.

BC is our swing tackle. It’s easier to replace guards than tackles. They’re trying to minimize injury risk to BC because we have no one else.

Yeah he's the best back up we have, it's best to keep him on the bench so he doesn't get hurt. That is 100% the reason and Canales isn't the first coach to do that with bc. We'd rather our poo ass QB get hurt instead of our 6th best olineman get hurt actually playing.. ok wait a minute maybe I see the logic. If Bryce is dead they don't have to play him

They overspent on OGs so they went cheap behind them. Classic overreach. Brining back an injury prone C just leads to the eventual shorthanded they set up through their personnel choices. With Moton making bank too they were left hoping to avoid injuries...a very dumb approach in the NFL.

    • Dude, I think I might be having Jarvy withdrawals... I ripped the sleeves off of all of my t-shirts in my sleep last night. Every bite of my Alpha-Bita cereal spelled Seth, this morning. And, I took 7 naps before lunch. I'm losing it guys! Jarvy's Jaunty Band of Jaggoffs are getting more play than he is... smh Team Canada doesn't treasure Jarvis the way he deserves. He should take his band down to Liechtenstein, get a bag of passports, and start his own Olympic team! The raw animal magnetism of Jarvilicious will bring in a handful of NHLers on its own. And, since the IOC believes in collective punishment, he could have his pick of the rookies. Then, just fill out the rest of the roster with the maple blooded great white northerners who couldn't make the top squad. Can't trust this assembled awesomery to just any old Liechtensteinien with a clipboard and a whistle. Gotta bring in a legend worthy of this gold medal gambit. A hockey HOFer with the balls to buck the system and the aura to match our maverick. Huere geil, Vaduz!!! 2030 Gold Medal guaranteed!
    • Tennessee isn't trading a QB on a 2nd round contract that has starting experience.  That's bad business.
    • OT is the top priority as it is both an immediate and future need.  I wouldn't be past trading up slightly to get the guy we want.  You need that rookie contract right now.  Icky is a dead 17.5 million for the season.  Morton is 20+ mil for the season, Hunt is 20+ mil for the season.  There needs to be forward thinking regarding the future.   Caleb Lomu is a left Tackle, he's a solid prospect, he may be the best pick for us now and in the future.  I would seriously consider cutting Hunt after 2026, and let Lomu and Icky fight for the LT job, loser moves inside.  Icky's future may be at guard after this injury anyway.  If Damien Lewis keeps up his level of play he will need to be paid sooner rather than later.  Yosh and BC can be our top two depth OL at an affordable price.  You will need to look at OT again in 2027. Getting an EDGE for the sake of getting an EDGE outside of the top 10 is pretty risky.  I wouldn't be against eyeing someone like Cashius Howell, Derrick Moore, or TJ Parker in the 2nd (even if we trade a future pick to move up) or DDS in the third. I'd love to see us try to sign both Leo Chenal and Matt Millano in FA.   Chenal for the blitzing element we are missing from our LB corps and Millano for his elite coverage.  They could both work in tandem.  Remember, our FO has deep ties to both KC and Buffalo. I love thinking about the draft, but until Free Agency hits, we are clueless.  Looking at the strength of FA and the draft, OL is priority #1, LB #2, and EDGE #3.  We know what happens to Bryce when protection falls apart.
