Barely won against the literal 2 worst teams in the league right now and the 3rd team has the league's worst defense which allowed us to win that game.

Not really sure that's the thing to be bragging about, we're about to go up against some real heavy hitters.  If we keep doing the same stuff, we're about to get blown out in a whole bunch of games.

If T Mac had the game XL had you wouldn’t be crying you would be wetting your pants . Stop crying enjoy the win

Not even the slightest, because we'd still not have looked good.

I've said it before, I'm not going to just enjoy wins where we look like dog poo because of our play calling, I'm going to call it out every time.

If you honestly think Canales called a good game today, then you don't know a single thing about football.  We won the game, but we didn't look good doing so.

You're someone who says to stop crying and enjoy the win, but I'll bet you're also going to be the same person who is complaining the next few weeks when we're getting beat by actual good teams while we're playing the EXACT same way we played today.

Well good news is that Buffalo's defense is weak against the run giving up 160 yards per game and are 31st yards allowed before contact. Pretty stout pass defense though.

Their rush defense is actually worse than Dallas or Miami.

5 targets for your best player when you threw it 31 times is just crazy talk, especially after Sauce left the game early.

But I'm not even upset about that as much as I am upset with Canales' overall play calling again, just right back to stale and predictable.

The weird part though is we randomly have some great play designs that scheme players wide open, why are we only able to do that one or two times a game?

Yep once Sauce went out it’s inexcusable to not constantly feed McMillan

Seems like Canales is so worried about trying to get XL’s confidence up by giving him a bunch of easy targets. It’s hurting this offense overall

Canales could be doing sooooo much more with TMac

Oh like when we beat Dallas ? The cowboys called a wonder game offensively and lost . So you rather that ? A win is a win calling good or bad . We taking baby steps with a young ass team . There will be growing pains . Yall nfl fans yall should know this .

Exactly, I had no issue with using T-Mac mostly as a decoy today because of the matchup with Sauce, sometimes that's the best use of your top WR in a game like this.

But once he left the game, I'm not even sure if T-Mac saw a single target the rest of the game.  It doesn't matter that we won the game, if you can't objectively look at that and realize it's poor coaching decisions, then you just don't know football, at all.

This will always be taken the wrong way because it's me saying it about T-Mac, but that doesn't mean it's not 100% correct.

Adding to this, the strength of their offense is running the ball and they run over 30 times per game and rely on it to create play action passing for Josh Allen.

Tmac was struggling with their press man and wasn't getting open. XL got the ball because he was getting open against it.

I don't think winning when looking like poo and making the same mistakes we always make is taking baby steps, it's just spinning your tires while stuck in the mud.

Growing pains by definition involve actually growing, something we can't seem to do under Canales, week after week of the same problems, that's not growth, it's a problem.

He got a target but it was incomplete because the jets #2 was all over him, once again in press man just like sauce was on him.

Dave got us competing and wining games . Clearly he’s improving as a second year head coach . So is this young team . When poo hit the fan i won’t call anyone out for crying I’ll be with yall . But crying every week after wins is getting old

Calling out bad decisions isn't crying. Justin Fields is the worst QB in the NFL,  backed up by Taylor who is about 1/2 a step better and we barely escaped with a win, mainly because DC refused to just run Rico, who was clearly the better back today. We could have put our foot on their throats and made a statement but we didn't. This piss poor play calling and clock management is going to get our asses pounded into the ground if he doesnt wake up now that we're going into the meat of our schedule.

I think I'm going to start taking screenshots of the people saying we should just be celebrating wins anytime we get them.

Then in a few weeks after we get smashed by good teams like the Bills and Packers, go and find the posts they're making complaining about our coaching decisions and play calling by those exact same posters.

Because you know it's going to happen.

So since we not growing why do we have a winning record rn . Explain that please ?
