Bryce Young: one of least efficient qbs in the league past first read

It includes every QB that has taken a snap this year. There's 64 of them. Bryce is 56 out of 64.

The full list of guys below Bryce in order:

JJ McCarthy

Spencer Rattler

Geno Smith

Joe Flacco

Cooper Rush

Dillon Gabriel

Jake Browning

Cam Ward

Yes, Dalton isn't among them. He's 54th.

I get it. It's just hard to wrap your mind around that it's THAT bad and Morgan/Tepper didn't see any reason to bring in any QB competition this offseason.

Both of our QBs are in the bottom 10. LOL

That's why when people ask "who are we supposed to get that'll be any better?" my answer is always "literally pretty much anybody". Mike White might be the best QB on our roster currently and he got signed off the couch a week ago.

And yet the Panthers insist on not just continuing to trot him out there but pretending that he's the answer as our franchise QB.

“The Panthers think they are building something…..”

Never mind that it looks like like Obama’s Presidential library.

I am gonna say that when Bryce plays his best it doesn’t look like just anybody could do better. But a bad clock right twice a day. And that’s about as often as he plays like that. He has had a whole lot of games where he is awful.

I honestly think most NFL roster caliber QBs would've put together as many "good" games as Bryce has if they had 35 starts. It's just that guys who've been that bad don't get 35 starts

I got BYs on this 1:4 ratio. Good:bad.

*there has been more good in most of the recent games.....just use his last 9 games from last year as a starting point. Outside of one or two games, his whole rookie campaign was 98% bad...... You can even break it down more, quarter-wise he has lots of 3 bad and 1 good games.

I agree.  I have seen them too.   And seen the pretzel logic turning a game where he was pretty bad yet we some how still won, into GWD and big time throw stats and thinking they are dunking on us.

I wish he’d have finished that Jets game so we could see if he’d have sealed it or blown it. Both were in play.

It took a prayer ball to XL from Dalton for the seal. It was awful windy and honestly don't know if BY had a 1st down pass in that final drive. He surprised the hell of me in many 4th quarters, I will say that....he has 8 wins that came for game-winning drives...I think he's only got 9-10 total wins.

That's part of this crazy panther ride, such a strange team and the out-comes this year.

Rumor has it that we were behind because of him in some of those and that one GWD he didn’t even throw the ball.

I need to see him leave no doubt. He hasn’t gotten there. maybe he can. In this decade.

Dalton has a broke thumb on his throwing hand so I’ll give him a pass.

How was he able to do 10 pump fakes and hold the ball in all those sacks??

He did have one fumble in that first drive and it hurt.....but I gave the defender credit for the a version of the peanut punch while Dalton had no clue he was closing behind him.
