His game adjustment ability is next to nothing. Never has been.

There is some truth in what you and Mr. Scott are saying, but you really can't make that many adjustments in the passing game when Young is your quarterback. He literally cant pass the ball downfield on effectively on consistent basis. All a DC has to do on long passing downs is double TMAC and drop every one down to the sticks. Bryce isn't going to throw the ball more than 20 yards down field so all the DBs have to do is keep everything in front of them and see if they can even jump a couple of routes to get some turnovers.

Bryce is a big problem but this issue exists even when Dalton plays. DC is just not a good HC.

He might be.

I'm willing to give him one more shot, but I'm gonna be skeptical till there's reason not to.

I am pretty close to over it.

There were adjustments that could have been made, even with what we had.

They weren't.

I don't object to either of those things by themselves.

Not if we come into this game with better preparation and awareness, at least.

I thought it was great when I saw it earlier in the week, too.

But I think it showed that the team has matured quite enough to not be driven hard yet.

And I know, it's a long way to the bye week still. And Atlanta won't be the same pushover we fought earlier.

Maturity checks, reality checks...

Scott Fowler's quote from Ekwonu focuses on that.
