Yeah, I think those two are on a tier all of their own. Not sure how you can win games with either. Bears moved on and are better off for it. Our turn next.

Super small sample size but Gabriel is worse.

If the 49ers can move on from Lance, the NYJ can move on from Zach Wilson, we can sure as hell move along here.  The 2 Daves and 1 Dan need to move TF along.

The trade for #1 is in the past.  Just move on.  Get this over with.  He's not happening.

You can just see when a guy has that NFL level ability when he starts playing.  It's an inherent thing, you just see it.  Something clicks.

Dart is the super easy example this year.  Bryce just doesn't have that.  It's not something you just get.

Don't forget Josh Rosen. Immediately pivoted from that mistake.

Also, Dart is not what I would call an NFL success. Lots of potential and skill level but TBD.

He is significantly behind Young in most categories. He's quite atrocious.

Fields.  RIchardson.  And on and on.  Carolina just being Carolina.

One is a rookie not prepped to be the starter coming in and one is a 3rd year starter with no competition.

and…..Gabriel has a better QB rating lol

I am sure we would love his 124 yds/GM passing and his 24 yard career long passing.

He is quite literally one of the only QB's in the NFL worse than Bryce. Same noodle arm.

He is dog poo.  But his QB rating and QBR is right there with Bryce.   He is also 5 starts into a career.    Hell, same amount of games over 200 this year

Browns won’t play him for 3 years though.  Thats the real difference

I can tell 5 starts into his career he won't be in the NFL even as long as Bryce.

Bryce’s time in the NFL right now is purely because of the investment made into him.  Bryce Young as a starter would have ended after his rookie season if went in the 3rd round.

And I’m not in disagreement on DG.  But we basically what occurs if you stay on that path

Yeah, I agree. It's the first rounder thing. Gabriel is a worse version of Bryce without that advantage. His days are numbered
