Man, what a home run of a free agent signing he was. Leadership was not something I expected him to bring to the table but he absolutely does it. Guys follow his lead and energy.

He's been invaluable to the Panthers this season, there certainly wouldnt be a Monday night game with playoff implications against the the 49ers who sit at 7-4 and current 7th seed against the Panthers 6-5 current 9th seed.

With Tampa only a half game lead in the Division with a trip to LA to take on the hottest team in the NFC the Rams. 

If he doesnt go off against Miami, Dallas, Greens Bay. we certainly lose all those games and the only real discussion on this board is who we taking in the draft.
