yeah all that is true but 20 rushing yards isn't gonna win games in this league.

Running it up the middle every first down probably doesn't help either, because every defense in the NFL knows exactly where the run is going and can sell out to stop it more often than not.

Canales is supposed to be an offensive genius but he calls plays like an idiot often times.

They actually tried to run outside a few times but it is pretty simple.  You cannot run the ball effectively when all defenders are within 10 yards of the LOS.  Hell even on the last play of the game, which should have been a hail mail throw (lol) the deepest defenders were within 20 to 25 yards.  Shows they had zero respect for our STARTING QBs arm.  What happened to the run game?  That is simple as well, after the Saints game teams dared BY to beat them and he simply can’t.  If our defense didn’t take huge steps forward this year we are probably a 4 to 5 win team again.  Thank God for Evero doing so much with so little and we probably lose him this offseason
