Jordan Gross is the Panthers candidate for the Madden 12 cover...

Why not Steve Smith or Jon Beason?

Because that would make too much sense.

They don't want a Panther on the cover so they pick a player at the least likely position to be voted cover athlete.

On the other hand, we could be Seattle... their nominee is the fans, LOL

Curse isn't real. You guys don't be sissies!

If we really wanted to, we could make sure Gross ended up on the cover!

Can you imagine how we'd shake the sports world? EA would go ballistic!

Well...uhh..it was just for fun, actually, Michael Vick is actually who we're putting on the cover..uhh..yeah.

No, no we couldn't. The guy who makes the cover will be the result of what you'd want to do, but better. In other words, a better run fix by a team with more fans and a board with more members. Not to mention EA could lie and say Gross didn't win even if he did.

    • If Henderson just got a concussion and will possibly/probably now miss next week as well, gotta think missing 2 games of stats at this point of the year might knock him out as he was only just entering the discussion the last few weeks anyways.  Same goes for Judkins going down today too, and Dart's god awful game likely removes him from the conversation as well. It will be interesting to see how the voters compare T-Mac and Egbuka if they end up with stats that are nearly identical. Egbuka burst onto the scene and put up the bulk of his stats early in the year when Baker was playing like the MVP front runner.  While T-Mac was just more consistent throughout the course of the full season (ex. Egbuka has 8 games of 42 yards or less, T-Mac has 4 of them, while T-Mac still scored 3 TDs in those 4 games, where Egbuka only scored 1 TD in his 8). It would be a shame if they put too much weight on the final game of the season if that ends up being the division decider, as I think T-Mac has had the better SEASON while Egbuka had a better peak output during that first month or so but way cooled off since. Maybe Warren goes off in the last 3 games (they still play tomorrow), but it does seem to be down to T-Mac and Egbuka right now.
    • Mitchell Evan’s put a block on someone that he drove them all the way out of bounds and to the bench. He absolutely destroyed the guy. He’s gonna be a beast for us if he keeps that up.
    • Yall... stop taking a sample size and projecting a role player into a permanent starter cuz he had a decent year after what, 5? Come on
