Handicapped pooper

I know we have one or two posters on here that are wheelchair bound, so I had a question for those that aren't. Do you apply the handicap parking space rule to the handicap stall in a restroom? Or does the extra leg room make it too appealing to pass up. If there are open stalls, I never snag the handicap stall.

I hate to admit it but I go straight for the handicapped stall. I would never park in a handicapped space however.

I have to say that I don't differentiate between normal stalls and the larger handicapped ones... I'll use either.

I'd never park in a handicapped spot though.

once i was in the handicapped stall and heard the door open and heard the whirring of the electric motor of the one handicapped person at the place i was working.

That's what I worry about. Walking out with a big grin after a nice relaxed dump in a roomy handicap stall only to have somebody in a wheelchair waiting. I'd feel like a total jerk.

there are no handicapped people at my work so I do not hesitate. I take the larger stall with the higher toilet. that's the biggest reason for it. the other toilets are probably 6" shorter.

i don't understand why they have the kid's urinal either. the shortest person here is still over 5' tall.

I always use the handicapped stall. If I hear someone wheeling in there, I will wait them out and not leave until they do.

Building codes. Same reason wal-mArt has 800 handicap parking spaces.

I'll only invade the handicap stall when the regular stalls are either occupied or look like they've had a shotgun blast of poo and dignity sprayed recklessly about.

Another benefit of the handicapped stall is it is usually the last one down the row. I don't like people walking by while I'm dropping a flop.

I always use it. The other stalls are usually very tight, causing claustrophobia. I will say, if I hear somebody in a wheel chair come in, I will instantly start limping and say "I forgot my cane," even if they don't ask what is wrong. Works every time.

there is one handicapped stall in my direct work area, but the safety rules don't allow a handicapped person in this area...so that seems a little odd. That being said, it's the most used stall of them all, the other two are pretty small.

The handicap stall is not reserved for handicapped people like a parking spot. Anyone can and should use it. Enough with the guilt, people!
