I tend to be on the side that is concerned with his health. Weighing the fact that he's a beast when healthy, that's just it. It's a really huge risk taking him on. Then he gets injured? So far this regime in it's infancy likes to roll the dice. So I wouldn't be surprised if they sign Rice over a safer Wide Out like say, Floyd, Holmes, Edwards, Mike Sims-Walker.

With that said I'd rather see Braylon Edwards.

Hard for me to get excited.

I don't view receiver as a need (unless smith leaves), like so many others do. I'd also rather the team target a player that doesn't have migrain issues. That is a serious issue, that most people seem to dismiss.
