Wish Witten was a Panther

He is a great TE and a quality person.

He is from my hometown. Dave Rider field was named after his grandfather, his high school coach and who raised him. Coach Rider is a good person. Witten's father abused and abandoned the family. (Drove them to another state and left mom and 3 children on the side of the road) Reportedly, his mother has a drug problem. He overcame a lot of adversity, lucky to have a positive role model in his life. Now trying to make a difference.

Witten is my favorite Cowboy. He's a tough, smart, reliable player, and leader.

Whenever I think of Jason Witten I always think of the Monday night game where he caught a pass, had his head about ripped off by a defender, but stayed on his feet and continued to rumble down the field without a helmet. That's how you know someone is a tough sonuvabitch.

All due respect for Witten but he is a Cowboy. Cowboys and Cowboy fans are the worst of the worst. 1000x worse than even your divisional opponent. I'll be sure to recognize him the next time the panthers play them. But I'll hope TD blasts him to outer space just like everyone else on that overrated ass team.

That was pretty awesome.

I always pull for the Cowboys to lose...and look like crap doing it...except pull for Jason to do well in defeat.

Gates can't block my sister.

Probably not, does she play football?

Yea, we all know how important a blocking TE is in this league, especially if you have a pass happy offense.....oh wait.

What I meant to say is there is no way a RB could run for a bunch of TD's if you have a starting TE that can't block......oh wait.

He's gotten better over the years. Just pointing it out. I do agree he's the best TE.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
