Window Tinting

I'm about to get my wifes car tinted today and was wondering what % would be good. I'm thinking about 30%.

I used to have my old car at 20% and it would have been way too dark for a female driver.

Any suggestions?

well I have to drive it more and more and its too fuking hot not to tint the windows.

Think about night driving when you make the choice. I recently got peel and stick tint from babies r us for the wifes trailblazer.

edit: i had 20 on a car back when i was young and it was hard to see out at night when there weren't street lights.

35% is a legal limit. Get ceramic tint, don't get metalic, it will fug with ur cellphone connection, u will have crazy amount of dropped phone calls.

I dont care about the legal limit but thanks for the advice about the metallic. Im in georgia so they dont do those gay ass inspections over here.

dont get 20 in the front unless you're 17 years old, its also dangerous as fug not being able to see where people are looking

Get 5% all around and 35% on the windshield with a foot-long 0% bar.

Did that in high school and was afraid to drive if it was overcast.

I used to have 10% tint on my old car, I passed inspection illegally for 4 years til they change the law and everything went electronic. I had to take my tint off, it was bullshit... I got 35% on my new car. I got ceramic tint, paid $325 which is a good price.

ya same here when I lived in NC.

Had to take all the tint off too...Im here in GA now where the only inspections are emissions.

Man I hated those NC inspections.

I would go the legal route. http://www.tintcenter.com/laws/GA/ most states are in money making mode right now.
