As much as this sucks, it really does show that Richardson prepped for the lockout for 2 years, and now has become dedicated to putting a winning product on the field. Been on the team for 17 years but not getting your job done as well as we think you should? You're cut.

All the exciting FA news and then this :(

The harsh reality of the NFL biz...you know it'll likely happen, but it's still sad nonetheless...even sadder if/when he's in another uniform.

And what's with those who always bring up that out-of-bounds kick in the super-bowl? Bottom line Kasay is one of the best kickers ever in the NFL! I'll remember him as the guy nailing those 50+ yarders when most every other team would keep their PK on the sidelines and bring in the punter.

Kasay deserves a statue....make it happen JR!

      At this point the Tepper's seem to be leading you around by the nose based on how much time you spend carrying water for them so I'm not surprised you're struggling. We are the only team who saw fit to install Andy Dalton with his zero career playoff wins as a culture cornerstone and a key mentor. Even the putrid Saints wanted no parts of that. Truth hurts 🤷‍♂️

      They have drafted two QB's since they took Hurts in the 2020 Draft. Tanner McKee(6th - 2023) and Kyle McCord(6th - 2025). In that span we have drafted Bryce Young(1st - 2023) and Matt Corral(3rd - 2022). Technically, we have invested significantly higher draft capital on QB's(albeit one less than they). It's not the investement that is the issue, it's the results. Corral was literally not a rosterable player with a THIRD ROUND PICK. We gave up a king's ransom for Bryce to basically get Davis Mills results(so far).

      No QB from the draft or free agency was going to change this being a losing season for us. I mean we’re rebuilding, everything we’re doing is meant to be for winning tomorrow.
