We have other guys that can do what Sutton does and that leaves us room to carry more guys in 1 weaker area instead of being stacked at one of our strongest, if not strongest, areas of the team. Ben Hartsock is a very good blocker. If Fiammetta went down, he would be the guy to step in. We also have a lot of young talent at WR, but also contains question marks.

So with us not having to carry 4 RBs, we will be able to carry 6 WRs. We also have Goodson, Munnerlyn, and Pilares to do returns. I think the only way Sutton makes it is if Goodson continues his fumbling problems and is either cut or traded. I also wouldn't put much stock in Vaughn starting over Sutton yesterday. It's just part of seeing what we have in other players.

I think u mite have your backs mixed up, Sutton doesnt even get in enuff to have a fumbling problem.

I think sutton deserves a spot over say clowney at this point. He can play rb or fb and the fact that one of ur two backs is going to have a injury. Hes a good player to have around. Underated.

Sutton has been dependable every single time he's seen the field, very underrated. I was pissed to see he only had so few carries last night and that vaughan was ahead of him..

One of the least justified, most illogical cuts in Packers' history, in my opinion. If he can make a team with arguably the best running backs in the NFL, the Panthers, how could he NOT be a keeper on the Packers' roster?

I've never understood the praise surrounding Sutton. He's looked good in practice but never incredible.

Not sure why sut was 4th string yesterday but he isn't getting cut. Glad to see a Packers fan gets what some Panther fans don't. :)
