I went to california a couple weeks ago and i realized have the people down there have idea what gritz are or stuff like livermush and chitlins. I think the team should get clausen a big ole plate of chitlins.

When I was a kid my best friends father would cook chitlins once a month. I think they used them for incense, because that's about how long it took for the smell to get out of the house.

Florence, South Carolina for 9 years and had a 2 year stint in Statesville, North Carolina ... never have I heard about liver mush though .. it seems kinda like the stuff you use in barbecue sandwiches when you look at it , but I get the feeling it tastes more salty like a hotdog from a drive-in that they overly salt before they put it on the grill.

Now that I think about it .. i've heard about chitlans as a word in conversation but never actually knew what that was either?
