Once my kid starts elementary school I'd like to get back into sales. However I fear I've lost all my communication skills sitting in this damn office!

Typing on the huddle also doesn't help either. noob, STFU and ellipses have no place in corporate america

Just remember Cat... a pair of boobs can sell anything.

Girl came in here a couple of years ago with DHL... we ship everything with UPS... didn't matter. She had me setup with an account that day... man she was cute... I wish she'd come back. :(

My husband's office is that way. From the stories I've heard they fall all over themselves when semi attractive women come in to sell stuff.

Yes, yes we do...

I have those hotties come in to sell me something all the time. The trick is to pretend to buy something. They usually stay there for at least 30 min until they realize im not gonna buy shiit.

That was the cool thing about this... all she did was set up an account and I had her show me how to log on and all of that... she was here like 3 hours... and I didn't buy anything. She was all bent over my desk helping me, standing over my shoulder... most fun I've had in a long time. Damn, that's sad... :cryin:

So about your 401(k).......:D

Licensed civil/environmental engineer for a young up-and-coming firm.

Naturally the halt in the building industry has left me at times with nothing to do at work.

And that's when I get on the internet to bug you guys, and pray I won't be laid off.

Women always have an easier time getting in the door when it comes to B2B. Seen it for years. Whether they can flip it around into a sale is a completely different matter.

This is very true....you will get in the door easier but if you can't close the sale they will just sit there and watch your dance...dance monkey dance!

I'm the office wench for a material handling company. Shelving, Pallet Rack, Mod offices, conveyors..all that fun warehouse stuff..

I do it all but payroll and taxes....a/r..a/p..process all the orders that come in..fun stuff, I tell ya!

My husband and I work together which actually is nice..when he's not out there selling all that fun warehouse stuff..he's here in the office to play with me

      Adding on to that - I know I read from some reporter that Dak Prescott's mentality is extremely fragile. Get in his head, and he loses focus and confidence. Per that reporter,  anytime a big game comes up, he starts to have the jitters and hasn't seem to overcome that slump. Dak would be an upgrade over Bryce as things currently stand. But Dak has not proven he can play in games that matters without choking. Bryce hasn't had the chance to show anything in the NFL, so nothing much to say there. But based on his history, he's done well in college in the national championship. Theoretically he should be more confident in big games if he gets to that point. For that alone, I'd rather keep rolling the dice on Bryce or set our sights higher. I wouldn't touch Dak with a 10 ft pole given his choking habits.

      Same here brother, love Xavier I think he’s gonna become a quick fan favorite of the team. He already has gone viral for his country accent, we have no face of the franchise currently outside of maybe Derrick Brown in terms of media attention. I would not be surprised if in the next 4 years Xavier becomes that media darling we used to have in the 2010s with Luke, Cam, Josh Norman, CMC, etc.

      I haven't been high on any of the WRs we drafted in the past.   This kid though is someone I actually wanted. I have a feeling we finally hit big with this kid. I'm expecting him to be a DJ Moore caliber WR.
