ESPN Power Rankings: If you still don't believe.........

When was the last time the Panthers consistently went up in ESPN's Power Rankings, when we were consistently losing games.....with an 0-2 record? 27th this week.....we'll be in the top 15 by week 4 and top 10 after we beat the Saints ;)
