But yeah I don't have a clue about what the ownership would look like after JR. JR is unique in that he was a player himself. If some one in his family took over they could sell it to someone else. So yeah it seems pretty up in the air.

I have a feeling the Panthers are in the Carolina's to stay. Without us the franchise wouldn't exist & a major lawsuit would happen if anyone tried relocating the team. I'm not sure anyone wants to payoff 60,000+ PSL owners.

It'd be probably be cool if it went like the Packers' situation, but it'd probably be a family member. And as for the possibility of the team leaving, I wouldn't be surprised if JR left it in his will or something the Panthers can't be relocated.
