From what I saw after the initial contact he kind of..uhhh for lack of better words, b*tch slapped the defender.

Or maybe he's referring to the time Tillman fell on his ass from handfighting with Shockey and then tried to leg whip Shockey as he ran by him for a TD... And Shockey gets called for offensive pass interference.

Should have been a couple of personal fouls against Chicago. One for leading with the head and the other for launching and leading with the head.

Not to mention yet another blown PI call.
