Terry Bradshaw ranked Dalton ahead of Cam...

I'm sure that Andy Dalton has Bengals fans smiling these days just like Cam is for the Panthers fans.

Because Jason Campbell broke his collarbone, I bet the Bengals fans are happy campers these days after trading Carson Palmer to the Raiders for one 1st round pick and maybe another 1st round pick if the Raiders make the playoffs. The Raiders might have bought a "lemon" based on how Palmer played last week. The Raiders head coach pushed hard to get Palmer since he knew them when they both were at USC.

It never fails to amaze me how the Raiders franchise seems to shoot itself in the foot. If Palmer is a total flop and gets benched, the Raiders and their head coach are in big trouble.

he has him there due to his wins, but for me, i cant put him there. if you switch Dalton and Newton and the panthers are 2 and 6 still, maybe with more losses while the Bengals have about the same wins with better stats. the panthers dont have the defense the bengals have and while Smith is great, the Bengals have two wrs i like in Green and Simpson, but the panthers defense isnt the Bengals. the vikings used the tight end and used him well, so i bet the Titans use Jared Cook alot.

Ranked no. 50 on the list of Greatest NFL Payers of All Time. - NFL.com

Some of you jokers are so funny. After a handful of games you have Cam as the greatest thing ever but shoot down a 4 time Superbowl winner and a Hall of Fame member.

goofy.

Career completion percentage: 51.9%

I'm a member of the Dalton gang! This kid has worked wonders and to think his best weapon is also a rookie. That touchdown strike to Green was a masterpiece. Him and Luck will own this league before long.

Dude, if you're gonna fish, you've got to hide the bait a little better.

I am just trying to figure out how so many of you have time to watch all of these Bengal games to have such a strong op[inion on Dalton's performance so far. Better yet, why do you watch all these Bengal games? Do you all work for NFL films or something?

Don't need to watch the games. No one can match Cam.

    • this     I never cease to be amazed at the number of people who will run up their blood pressure to get to the grocery store 30 seconds faster or are racing to get to work like it won’t be there at 8:02.   The only thing I’ve ever done that I think added more years to my life besides quitting smoking, was to learn to go with the flow behind the wheel.
    • The term you're looking for is "malinger(ed)", and he didn't.  I'm not sure why Panthers fans act like jaded ex girlfriends.  The dude is clearly injury prone as his time in San Fransico also proves. It's not like he got to San Fran and stopped having problems.
    • My long and rambling post:   The guy is all heart, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he came back even better next year. He’s exactly the guy you lock up. The money won’t ever change the way he plays.  It was a big fumble, but what 1,000 yard back fumbles once in an entire season?  Pride. This team is FINALLY seeing guys who obviously take the game very seriously. Hunt, Chuba, Thielen, Brown, Horn (CB), Coker, Bryce (IMHO). Bye bye, Spider-Man. I don’t see these dudes being OK with teammates half-assing practice or in games. I can see Brown and Horn coming over to talk to somebody.  Good team? Ummm, maybe, but will still likely lose more close games than they win unless this last draft turns in to LOB part 2. That’s a stretch.  Pretty good/decent team. Yes. They finished the season as a pretty good team. I know I sound like a broken record harping back to it, but going in to ATL and putting a 40 burger on them en route to an OT win. A bad Panthers team would have had their brakes beaten off. We’ve seen it.  Rose colored glasses on and bonging a 40 of hopium: There are watershed moments that occur that change the course of franchises, both good and bad. If Fox doesn’t pull Rodney at halftime, the epic journey that was 2003 never happens. On the negative side, Cam taking that one hit from Watt was the end of any and all Panthers relevancy and we’ve been the biggest losers in all of pro sports as a result. Watershed moments. LOB draft. Vinny goes down and the goat is born.  Will the ATL game be the spark that this franchise has desperately needed? Could it be that they hit the mega million jackpot with Princley and Scourton as eat QBs for breakfast? Sure would be nice having 2 all-pro edge guys on the cheap for the next 4 years.  A lot of unknowns, but at least it actually feels  fun again.
