Have you ever had a colonoscopy?

Had one 3 years ago at the age of 26.

The only tough part that I remember was the day before you cant eat, instead you have to take laxatives for 24 hours and have explosive diarriah.

My doctor had me take:

A 24 hr laxative

A bottle of milk of magnesia

4x stool sofeners

...I think my doctor went a little over kill...plus my doctor was a bitch.

No pain afterwords....

I think I had to use suppositories which really is un pleasant

:o

Just wondering what your experience was with it. I may have to have one very soon. :(

So, you have a date with Dr. Roto Rooter. I've had a colonoscopy and a sigmoidoscopy.

It's not that big of a deal if you have the procedure done. The preparation for 24 - 48 hours prior is probably the worst part since you will be taking something to clean out your system. My suggestion is to make your last meal a good one but don't have something that is hard for the system to digest. A steak with all the timmings for example is not a good idea.

Not sure what it is like in your area but they probably won't let you drive once the procedure is completed. Take somebody with you that can drive.

Holy poo! That is a lot of laxatives. I already have explosive diarrhea, I don't even want to think about what is to come!

Id tell you all about my colonoscopy but I don't remember much. propofol is like nectar from the GODS.

That's nice to know :)

I wish I could eat a good meal. I've been so sick over the last 4 days I've not been able to eat much more than crackers & water.

You're welcome.

    • I'm not sure that in a fair QB competition that Young would beat out Jones.
    • That's why I said stats aside. I lived in CO during Allen's college career and didn't have kids at the time so I watched most of his games. Bruh, I'm telling you. Balls just spraying all over the place. The type of throws where you're honestly trying to figure out who he was even trying to throw that one too. It was crazy. Richardson was inaccurate in college but at least you could tell who he was trying to throw it too. He threw a lot of early in the game Cam Newton type balls where it seemed like he was just a little too amped up and everything was a few feet high. Richardson's misses looked like they were maybe fixable with working on his footwork, release, etc. Josh Allen's misses looked like "ain't no way you're fixin' that poo, dude has a cannon equipped with no sights". LOL Huge props to the Bills for evaluating him as fixable and indeed fixing him.
    • A lot can change over the next week, but here is my best 53-man roster (note: I'm just basing this on guys on the 90 man roster currently). Obviously there could be trades/ waiver claims/ FA signings.   Offense (25) QB (2): Bryce Young, Andy Dalton RB (3): Chuba Hubbard, Rico Dowdle, Trevor Etienne TE (4): Tommy Tremble, JT Sanders, Mitchell Evans, James Mitchell WR (7): Tetoria McMillan, Xavier Legette, Adam Theilen, Jalen Coker, Hunter Renfrow, Jimmy Horn, Brycen Tremayne  OL (9): Ikem Ekwonu, Damien Lewis, Austin Corbett, Robert Hunt, Taylor Moton, Cade Mays, Chandler Zavala, Brady Christensen, Yosh Nijman    Defense (25) DL (6): Derrick Brown, Bobby Brown, Ashawn Robinson, Tershawn Wharton, Sam Roberts, Cam Jackson OLB (5): DJ Wonnum, Pat Jones, Nic Scourton, Princely Umanmielen, Thomas Incoom  ILB (5): Trevin Wallace, Christian Rozeboom, Krys Barnes, Jon Rattigen, Claudin Cherelus S (4): Trevon Moehrig, Demani Richardson, Lathan Ransom, Nick Scott  CB (5): Jaycee Horn, Mike Jackson, Chau Smith-Wade, Corey Thornton, Shemar Bartholomew    ST (3): LS: JJ Jansen  P: Sam Martin  K: Matthew Wright    Would like to hear everyone's thoughts
