Didnt think he'd have a chance to break VYs rookie rushing yard record, but he could end the year with 700 yards.

Also it hasnt been mentioned, but Cam has an outside shot to break HOFer Eric Dickersons rookie rushing TD record of 18.

Hard to believe, Cam already has more career rushing TDs than Vince Young whos had over 40 starts.

newton has 26 rushing/passing combined.

not sure how that's going to be viewed.

I think another thing people are overlooking is the fact that Cam is leading the league in rushing TDs right now. Not just for QBs. Currently he has 13 with the next highest being McCoy with 12 and Peterson with 11.

Also of note, rookie record for completion percentage in a season is 66.4 by Ben Roethlisberger... Cam is currently at 60.8, so I think that one could be attainable too...

He needs 104 more completions to break Bradford's rookie completion record, but I don't see that happening...

If he could up his average a tad, he might be able to break the highest YPP for a rookie... Current is 7.98, record is 9.41

not a record, but i expect that at some point this year in a game newton will pass for a TD, run for a TD and have a reception for a TD.

it will probably be against our new punching bag (bucs).

Meh, I think he's run too many plays already to up his completion % and YPP significantly. I think he might be able to get the Bradford record depending on how often we throw it in the last couple games.
