I agree. I think it would be very damaging to Cam's growth, our offensive potential, and our playoff chances to gain a new o-coordinator. I am not saying Cam and our offense won't be successful with a different coach but it will be growing pains again which I don't want to deal with.

NFL needs a damn rule. When you hire new OC's, DC's, or any type of coach, the team hiring should be able to hold him for atleast 2 years. Then they can start looking. Just when the damn panthers start getting good, we might lose our best OC in along time.
