I think more people hate The Golden Calf of Bristol because of all the attention and media coverage he receives. If he wasn't talked about as much I don't think there'd be this much hate. This is something that is out of his control.

If people truly hated The Golden Calf of Bristol because he is bad, they would have hated him at UF. Because QB-wise he hasn't changed a single bit. This is nothing new. He can throw the deep ball and that's about it for passing. He was surrounded by so much talent at UF, they were able to account for his deficiencies.

But when people hate on The Golden Calf of Bristol because he is a poor QB, I truly think it's a bit more than that. I don't know why I'd hate an opposing QB if he sucked. I'd just be indifferent to him. I think it's because he is receiving attention that bugs people.

Good QBS don't throw well once and in awhile in a game were the other team is off.

Good QBs are good QBs game in and game out with understanding the fundamentals of the game and adjustments and checkdowns.

I said 3rd tier QB like Sanchez. Grossman came from you.

If you are a Carolina fan, get down on your hands and knees and give thanks that Newton is here.

i dont think he's like Sanchez, Sanchez has potential, he just needs to show it. I NEVER said, The Golden Calf of Bristol was Newton, Newton is way better, but i dont think The Golden Calf of Bristol is as bad as people think, i personally think that with a full offseason, that he can and will improve, especially if Elway does what he said he would do and work with The Golden Calf of Bristol, personally. it would also help The Golden Calf of Bristol if they get him a WR or TE to catch the ball and help him out.

Brady Quinn?

how would that help???? he would hand the ball off, then throw an incomplete pass.

that's not on him and i blame that on the controversey that surrounds him.

Fox has lost it comparing The Golden Calf of Bristol to Young.

he said a younger Steve Young, i dont know if i can agree with that or not though.

Any of you people that are pulling for the Pats arent true panthers fans. This team cheated us out of a superbowl victory and all of you are pulling for them just because you have a personal animosity against The Golden Calf of Bristol? wow

panthers fans are so quick to forget that near our entire offensive line was busted for steroids after that game.
