I think it really depends on if we have an offense that can sustain drives. 3 and outs kill a defense -
Also, if he is lining up as right edge rusher, at least we might have a counter. I saw a stat while looking to see where they might play him that no one with arms shorter than 31 inches has recorded a sack in their first three years. Talk about obscure stats…. -
Maybe that rumored failed trade up with Baltimore was us. Who knows? But I don’t think so and also hope not. We would have had to jump TB and teams have to be willing to move. Unless you want to get into an offer they can’t refuse territory like we did in 2023. I just think, and always did, that the minute Icky went down to that particular injury our course was set, like it or not. And I wasn’t crazy about it but sometimes inconvenient things happen and require sacrifice. No new shiny toys for us, have to keep the lights on.
