Coin Flip Time/TV Schedule?

I've seen conflicting times for the coin flip. Can anyone give a definite time, and if it's going to be carried live on NFL Network? Thanks in advance.

Maybe Indy will sign. Then Cleveland will make their move and sign. Then Minnesota. And St Louis. And Tampa. Then Washington. And Jacksonville.

And we'll hopefully be able to wrap this thing up before March.
