Jacksonville pick

This pick could set up the Panthers for a trade down. If they take Coples rather than Ingram, then the Bills will set their sights on Ingram without a doubt.

Ingram had a great season and a great combine. He will be coveted by teams in the 3-4 and the Panthers will be the trade partner they look to for a trade just ahead of Buffalo.

Arizona would be smart to replace the 12 vet Haggans with this young future pro bowler. Panthers would pick up a third in the deal. Doubt Dallas would move up unless Spencer is not the man for them.

San Diego does not normally move up and they need all their picks this time.

Jets I doubt would come up for him.

anyway, you get the picture. Usually, the best 3-4 OLB in any draft gets a lot of attention

The Jaguars are such a wild card team. There draft strategy may be a dartboard. They need tackle, wr, qb, de, and corner. Also who is gonna trade up for Ingram? Sorry don't see that happening. With all the other guys available moving up is silly. I rate Ingram as a mid 1st rounder. So 16-20 is good value. He is a reach anytime before. Also he is a scheme conversion project that is risky. Would rather have Shae McCullen out of Boise State or Ronnell Lewis if i was looking for 3-4 OLB.

NFLN guys have Ingram going to Jacksonville at 7 so I think the 20 spot is now more fluid than before the combine.

Of course the NFLN guys should check here before doing any sort of mocks. The huddle obviously has better info than those guys.

We all do mocks, mocks, I say. Nobody will get it correct, but, some guys go up boards and some come down. All I am saying is the guys like Poe and Ingram have helped themselves since the combine. If you think they still belong in the bottom of the first, then maybe you guys should sign on at the NFLN or ESPN or somewhere because the football world will be much better knowing where the huddle guys stand

    • Completion percentage depends on the offense and type of QB.  So no I don't care about a raw comparison lol. If you don't know what I mean by that I don't know what to tell you. As to Baker, this is the second time you've ignored me and claimed I didn't say something when I did. I'm going to just stop r spending to that crap soon but on the possibility you are just missing these things in good faith - "Baker Mayfield is 11th in QBR, 14th in yards despite the TON of injuries that offense has had, 10th in QB rushing yards, 12th in TDs (and above the average in TD% lol), 25th in INTs (league average would be something like 16th). So yes, he's quite a bit ahead of the average in many categories." Rushing yards by a QB DO matter. You'd think Panthers fans would know that.  Some of Bryce's best plays have come when he uses his legs too, and some of that IS yards on the ground. And the reality is that Tampa has had crazy injury issues and if you look at Bakers career he is unquestionably more successful than Bryce and above average at that. This year his top 3 WRs have all missed considerable time and whose best player on offense hasn't played almost all year...
    • Look at the chart. if you are claiming his numbers prove he not  an NFL caliber QB, than neither is Bo Nix, Trevor Lawrence, Caleb Williams, Jayden Daniels, Michael Penix, CJ Stroud, Baker Mayfield and Mahommes. They are all below average and within 2 points of Youngs' numbers.
    • Could be worse. Captain Clempsun is sub 60% completion
