Based on Walterfootball rankings.

**trading back would be the way i would go just sayin'**

1) Riley Reiff - Iowa OT

2) Zach Brown - North Carolina OLB

4) Josh Chapman - Alabama NT

5) James Hanna - Oklahoma TE

6) Greg McCoy - TCU CB/KR

6) Bryan Anger - California P

7) Sean Cattouse - California S

Panthers have a history of picking offensive linemen high in the draft and right tackle is a need. Plus Gross isn't getting any younger and you want his future replacement to step right in a protect Cam. Brown gives size and speed, could be a playmaker in this system. Love Chapman, he could work with and learn a thing or two from Edwards. Lol with a name like Anger how could you not love. Cattouse is a throw in. He's made plays but isn't very fast. I'd spent a late pick on him.

And for my beloved Redskins.

1) Robert Griffin - Baylor QB

3) Tommy Streeter - Miami WR

4) James Brown - Troy OT

4) Chris Rainey - Florida RB/KR/PR

5) Nate Potter - Boise St OT/OG

6) Carmen Messina - New Mexico ILB

7) Eddie Whitley - Virgina Tech S

7) Joe Halahuni - Oregon St FB/HB

Went heavy on offense to help out our new franchise quarterback with both weapons and protection. Love Streeter in the red zone and Rainey on punt returners and as a runningback in the ZBS. Brown is a sleeper IMO and Potter will workout well as a guard.

Not bad but kinda meh

Other than the top few thats how i feel about this years draft as a whole. I don't think Kalil, Claiborne or Blackmon will fall to the Panthers. I don't like Coples at all and i'm not sold on Poe. Wish they would trade down but i don't think anyone wants to trade into that spot. Yeah my mock is boring but solid i believe.

    • Have to stop making everything about BY. They will and have been bringing in players to improve the TEAM, not just Bryce Young. Which is something they should have done BEFORE bringing in a rookie QB. Even Metchie is a generally good pickup at a position of need. He just happens to have played with BY in college. And that doesn't hurt his chances or the team's. Morgan just addressed the biggest areas of need on the team via free agency so they won't be reaching for a position of need in the draft. He's legit picking the best player available for the TEAM in the draft. The o-line was in shambles in 2023. He addressed it in 2024. The d-line was in shambles in 2024. He addressed it in 2025. The pass rush and linebackers were in shambles in 2025. He's addressed it in 2026. Unfortunately good young WRs don't hit the FA market, so can't just throw money at them. You have to draft them. I wonder what some would be saying if they'd spent the amount of cap on the offense that they spent on the defense in 2025 and 2026 - and then used both first round draft picks on defense. Would that have been better in your eyes? No. You would be complaining that the defense is too young to compete and more vets weren't brought in because they're trying to prop up BY. This team should be talented enough now to make some noise in the South. If BY is actually holding them back, then QB will be addressed in 2027. They benched him 2 games into their tenure and you think they're tied to his success. No. That doesn't compute. They're tied to the team's success. BY could throw for 5000 yards and if they're 4 - 13, head's will roll.  TLDR: Their decisions aren't driven by making BY look good. They're trying to improve the team and win games. Period.
    • I still firmly believe that Tepper still has his mandate of make Bryce work or get fired and because of that, it doesn't matter how badly he does... He'll get a long term deal in the 40-50m range and set back this franchise for a decade. Then the Teppers will have another QB infatuation and maybe they get it right then.
