A bit of a reach, I would trade down a bit for him and pick up an extra 2nd/3rd from this/next year's draft. I would not be mad, though. Good player. Not what we need and not exactly BPA at #9 but a good pick up. Wouldn't be irate per se.

When did Floyd become Fitz, Megatron, or Andre Johnson.? I wouldn't even trade down and pick him. I love how throwing away Lafell and Gettis seem to be a epidemic around here.

Negative. Floyd has amazing body control for 6'3 220lbs WR. You can't teach that. Floyd is a carbon copy of VJax. Very big physical guy who is very light on his feet. He made Clausen look good.

He could be Andre Johnson? He looks the Part but AJ is special. Floyd has great potential and I like him..but we allowed too many holes on the defense for me to feel good about a WR.

I dont think LaFell and Gettis will be a star no.1 wideout..but I do think they can be above avg...like a Colston type production..900-1100 yrds 7-9 tds with a great peak season. You can take that while upgrading the defense.

Good thing is we will have two of these type of guys in Gettis and LaFell. Who knows maybe we luck out finally with a gem here or there...Pilares?! The really forgotten one..

I see your a Floyd Fan boy but D Jarret had the same skills as Floyd and better numbers coming out of USC.

You don't know neither do I who will develop into what. What we do know is Lafell and Gettis are already on the team they should be given the chance to develop.
