Wow that's nice.

Love these shirts:

But the funny thing is, Panthers don't have one. Don't want to get my hopes up but I could be wrong when I pointed out that the helmet will stay the same because of that particular hat. But I feel like we are one of the few that doesn't have this shirt, could be a sign.

do you have a link that confirms that?

april 3rd has been known as the unveiling date for a while and it's all over the internet.

if you go to shop.panthers.com they already have some nike gear available but there's a banner running across the top saying that jerseys will be available on the 15th.

edit:

apparently "available" means "available for preorder"

New era makes the ugliest fuging hats, why switch to them? Their bent bill hats are stupid too, they are 'pre-bent' the wrong way, with less material and more flimsy structure than thier flats, reebok had the same issue as far as pre-bent except in 2008/09. However their flats look like poo too. After bending the bill they can look fine but now you have this bigass box-shaped top of the hat that doesn't bend with the bill and mold with your forehead. Looks dumb.

I really hate new era hats, they are all about show and really cater to those who want a flat bill in which most look like a jackass.

Also why leave the stickers on when wearing it, it irritates the fug out of me. Why take stickers off your pants, shirt, glasses, socks anything else you're wearing expcept your hat? Stupid. Really dissapinted in this new gear. Switching from a German company to China? Yea that sounds smart. Comfort should be first, which includes the right shapes or at least the right structure to be able to mold your own shapes.

Not only that but the new cat looks bad on apparel IMO. Why is the lazy eye so noticable? Above all that as Zod said, too much poo going on...

My suggestion is to find a plain black cap a few years old if you can. You'll notice the quality is much better all-round (stitching, colors, fading, shape, materials). You'll also be able to mold it better to your own unique fit. New era caps, just for show, just to 'set' on your head with tags all hangining off so you can 'be cool'.

This poo just makes me made, I collect Panther hats and I have multiple styles over 10 years from different seasons Why the switch? Pretty obvious to me. $$$$$$$$$$$>value.

I agree hats are ugly these days, but you have to look at who buys the most hats. The answer is males 15-35 who want all the stuff you mentioned. I hear the stickers are a trend, plus they help keep you from getting your dirty finger prints on the bill. I have one hat, a flat bill with a minor bend in it and I can make it look right. I need a new hat but I've yet to see ONE Panthers hate I like. I like the new draft hat that is tri-colored but don't like that it's a snapback. Thankfully I rarely wear hats anyway.

All that sticker is going to do is fug up teh colors, over time, in the wash, and in the sun. There is no reason for it other than to 'be cool'. No way you are wearing that anywhere except places to look cool. I agree with you though, granted I am a male right in the middle of that age range but agreed, comfort is not the name of the game here, well, at least for 'looking cool'. For fans like me who go and sit in the sun with this hat for 4 hour panther games every Sunday...useless.

Snapbacks are not an option, but I am totally iwth you. I have a New Era texas rangers flat that I have been working on for no joke about a year. I think I have it lookin alright lol.... but my suggestion to you is try to find an older Panthers hat new if you can. Then buy a new era. Now hold them, fug with them and compare them. It's a sad thing to see.

I just bought this one, only decent looking one IMO, hopefully I can actually wear it instead of having it go straight into the collection:

    • I like what Freeling brings to the table all around. If he is willing to put in the work he has an opportunity to be one of the better Tackles in the league down the line. Hunter Brazzell and Hecht are all premium additions but development from our staff are the key to unlocking them. Hopefully Lee and Wheatley will provide much needed additional depth to our secondary. Beyond that it's important not to get too caught up in draft grades. Many drafts over the years that turned out to be really good were not fawned over with praise. While some that were ended up being historical duds. Panthers fans ought to know this as well as anyone. In conclusion...
    • Maybe a bit of a homer take but I can't give us a grade lower than A.   Freeling was arguably the best LT prospect in the draft.  His athletic ability is off the chart and at 6'7" that can move.  It was a no brainer pick.   Hunter's key word is Violence. Putting him next to Brown should scare an offensive coordinator. These two give Scourton and Phillips plenty of chances to get one on one opportunities. Brazzell, another tall receiver with sprinter speed.  Our WR room is filled with tall talented WR.  Brazzell is going to give us a WR that can take to roof off the defense.  Basically Jimmy Horn with size. W. Lee III has a nickname of the Blanket. (heard this on the Beleav podcast with J. Stewart)  What a great name.  A great value in the 5th round. Hecht A strong, fast and extremely smart center. Many had him listed as the best center in the draft.  He's most likely a starter sooner than later. Wheatley A good safety in round 5.  Someone who could see playing time.   Kuwatch  I love this pick.  At minimum he will be a key piece on special teams and with some good coaching he'll see some packages where he'll play.  His down piece is he doesn't stay up in the running game.  Good coaching will fix this.  He reminds me a bit of A.J. Klein.   All these picks were great value.  I believe everyone of them were graded higher than the pick we took them.   Dan Morgan is IMO doing a great job turning this team into a good team with great depth.
