Marty Hurney Apparently Lied About Fletcher Cox

Yours aren't any kind of official stats. They are made up by you and you decide what qualifies. Are you an expert in this field?? No. You are a wanna analyst using your own made up definitions and observations watching you-tube footage or game footage which anyone who watches coaches tape will tell you is not very accurate or useful. This is a joke. I am not going to go back and forth while you justify your version of what you think you see as the true impact of what happened. I will stick with the professional analyses and official numbers and stats. Do what you want.

Once you get it get your mind set on something, I have noticed that you act very illogical, and erratically. You don't take the time to listen to other people, you just blatantly run through them with no regard. You are a very difficult person to have a converstation with.

You continue to stand by your 1 hurry stat. I, along with most, know that's a not a true indictator of Cox's contributions and impact on the field. I am sorry you can't see it. It is what it is.

To who? Which team that doesn't have a glaring hole is going to draft a DT when they can get a comparable one in the 2nd....

Rams, Jags could still use a player like him. seen some mocks with him going there to those teams, and he visited St. Louis. and now philly might be in love with him so its possible.

Rams pick at 3....that is silly.

Kalil/Blackmon + 2nd round DT > Cox + BPA in 2nd round. Not even close

Teams talk to guys that they could draft at spots they dont currently occupy

it is silly that you think that the rams pick at 3, thats the vikings. also the rams brought in Kendall Langford and Trevor Laws but i dont think that will stop them from picking up Cox if fisher likes him.

Sorry, got the draft order confused. Wasn't looking at order. Had Vikes/Rams reversed it happens.....and the Rams sucked big time

I have been watchin a lot of tape on him trying to pump myself up about him cuz i really didnt know that much about him till he shot up the board. He definitely has a motor, i guess im not too excited for him as a DT because he kind of came out of nowhere to me, i wish he had been touted has a top ten pick since the college season was over with. The one thing i noticed about him is that this guy REALLY looks he could be a dominant DE more than a DT. If we drafted him and eventually moved him i would do back flips.

Then don't read his stuff man. Jesus, your taking your cyber life to seriously.

Lout I thought you did an excellent job on your write up between Cox and Brockers. Keep up the good work.

The problem for me are posters who come on here and act like experts when they aren't and then make all kind of excuses when they get called out. I use official stats and expert opinions because I don't claim any expertise or expert status. I don't have a problem with anyone having an opinion but when they come on here and claim that since they observed it and made up there own definitions that it is valid, I respond.

What I stand by is that your analysis has no validity but your own opinion and definition. When you put it out there as justification for why a player is a great pick you claim some form of expertise in the area and you have none. It is like when someone makes a mock draft. If is their opinion, they are entitled to it. But when they turn around and say that we need to pick this guy because he is better because they drafted him higher, the assumption is that their opinion is more valid than someone elses. That is the impression you give. Because you observed it then it is true not just your own uninformed opinion, If that makes me hard to discuss with then so be it. Sorry but I don't think you know that much or are an expert. You apparently think you are.

It does not take a stat analyst to do what I did. It's as simple as counting completed passes in a game. It's very black and white, yet, you are trying to make it sound like rocket science. Anyone with two eyes can see if an individual player impacted the play or not. I counted impact plays for a couple of DTs to see which one made more plays.. and now you think I am claiming to be an expert. You are grasping for straws my friend.

I think you are mad that I exposed your 1 hurry stat. I don't think anyone really bought your stat in the first place. Most of the huddlers have watched the game, and can see the hurries that Cox makes. Whether they are counted statistically or not.
