If you were Peppers, would you fire Carl Carey? He seems to have totally mishandled the Peppers situation. I'd get rid of his ass in a hearbeat if I were Pepp. Then again, I'm just a salesman.

i prefer to hire people who have experience. the more important the task, the more experience i would like to have in the one given the responsibility doing it.

in other words....i wouldn't have hired the guy in the first place.

there's a reason that most high profile players don't have "friends" handling their agency duties.

thats a good question, but i think if peppers had an agent with some more experience he prob would have told him to sign the tender and request a trade if he really wanted out, and a diff agent would have never let a list of four teams he wanted to go to public, i think that move hurt him more than anything.

Yes, I think he should be fired but has long been a father figure to Pep so there's very little chance that actually happens. Carey may be peppers biggest problem right now.

The Panthers have several Rosenhaus players and you never hear a peep out of them. Rosenhous would have got pep out of Carolina but it would not have been done in the same manor. IMO Pep trust this guy way too much and its biting him in the ass as of now.
