One bad day every once in a while won't kill you just like one day every once in a while of eating healthy and exercise won't make you better

After several weeks of very healthy eating, last night I had 1.5 glasses of wine, movie theater popcorn and an oreo. I got up and felt fat. Sometimes I'm so fuging insane it scares me :)

I ate pizza last night. Felt like a cow, but damn it was good. I know I can't deny myself all the time so I am trying not to be too hard on myself.

You can make a pretty healthy one using Naan or Lavash bread. use the marinara sauce from whole foods, some fresh mozzarella cheese and a little basil and you have a much healthier version. I would also use Paul Prudhomme pizza and pasta seasoning.

Result is much healthier lower calorie, no gmo, preservatives or additives that taste awesome and won't ruin you daily calorie count.

Which bread do you prefer?

I've been eating raw vegan for almost past year, but will be moving to more of a paleo diet when the that year ends next week, so it's been a while since I had bread or cheese. The naan bread is thicker and tastier, but you can have almost twice as much lavash for same calories. I would take the lavash and cook it a little first, then put sauce and cheese and finish it off a few more minutes in toaster oven and it basically comes out just like a pizza cracker.

You can also soft boil some eggs, mash them up with a tiny amount of real butter and spread over the toasted lavash and it's like eggs and toast (crackers).

The naan bread from whole foods brand also comes in garlic flavored which was great for the pizzas and probably the tastiest way to make them. It's taken quite a while to find healthy options of common food since most of it is loaded with additives and preservatives and found most of whole foods fresh stuff is usually free of any of this. They have a sweeter pizza sauce that I haven't tried, but the marinara sauce I use is pretty awesome.

I got a bunch of recipes and stuff I can share if you want help finding healthier versions for anything else. I made this raw vegan fudge last week that was super tasty using cacao nibs, medijool dates, cocunut oil, and almond butter. If you never tried medijool dates, they are just like caramel and worth a try to satisfy sweet craving.

I'm not as sore as I thought I'd be... I did 8 total sets of squats pyramid style.  5 up, 3 down.  4 sets of hack squats, some supersets of tibias/calf raises, some quad extensions and a burnout on the leg press machine.

I'm getting more and more into this leg stuff...

Any good routines you have come across?  Mind setting out your regimen in further detail?  I really need to focus on my legs more and build more muscle.  I've got little chicken legs, and it isn't a good look.

    • Are you arguing that his height deficiencies and footwork within the pocket have not been a present issue clearly seen on his game tape particularly in the games he struggled in? Because that's simply denying what everyone in this fanbase who have watched the games have seen. It's interesting how hardline BY fans here quickly and effortlessly pivot from whailing about being victimized to becoming the aggressor and hurling out allegations of bias and hatred. And at the end of the day while Bryce Young clearly improved significantly from the first two games of the season the reality of the situation is he still finished 42nd in yards per pass attempt behind Mac Jones and tied with Caleb Williams and 38th in passing yards per game behind the likes of Gardner Minshew Aidan O'Connell Drake Maye and Will Levis. Furthermore it took Bryce Young 23 games to surpass Panthers legend Kyle Allen's 13 games worth of passing yardage in 2019. So if your argument is he became a head and shoulders better passer over the course of the second half of the season the reality is we're still waiting to see that growth this season. And there is nothing controversial or vitriolic about saying so in the mind of a rational
    • Cam regularly threw for less than 200 yards and nobody questioned he was elite. He averaged 219 yds per game for his career.  You seem to be way too hung up on yards as a stat.  By that definition Jameis Winston should have been MVP by now.
    • So... what metrics for production do you believe display these issues/limitations best? Are we only using total passing yards, height, and weight thresholds? If so, then what are those thresholds?
