NFL.com video Panther related. More or Less

If Brees plays this season, will he have more or less than 5000 yards?

I say less, especially with him sitting out and not working out with the team. But the major reason will be not having the Sean Payton around will cause that offense to struggle.

Will the Eagles have more or less than 10 wins?

I think more than 10 wins, they did go 8-8 and that was a bad year for them, I think they will win their DIV this year.

If you could care less, fast forward to the 2:27 mark

Will Cam have more or less then 35 TD's combined?

I say more. I like what Sapp and LT had to say, and they both think more. With Chud wanting to air it out, and Cam being that guy that can do it.

Faulk says yes, hinting of some type of Sophomore slump. But I highly disagree with him.

Andrew Luck- More or less than 20 INTS? I say more. reason begin they will want him to air it out, and air it out early. But he want succeed. But the media will still love him and adore him, because he is the medias version of The Golden Calf of Bristol for the 2012 season.

What do you guys think?

cam could easily end up with 35 total TDs, the majority of them passing, and under 4k yards passing total. this offense is going to be remarkably efficient.

I agree. I think Cam will have between 28-33 passing TD's with about 4-6 rushing TD's. Cam came up close on a lot of Passing TD's on the 1 yard line, EX. Bears and Skins game.

Rivera wanted to throw Cam into the deep end of the pool last year to see if he would sink or swim, thus the no wristband with plays written on it, etc. That being said, this year I suspect they will open up the offense and it'll be spread around a lot more, so I could see Cam's numbers going down considerably, but his efficiency going way up. So example instead of 4,000 yards and 21 passing TD's, 14 rushing TD's, and 17 picks and 6 fumbles, I could see it being more like 3,500 yards, 25 passing TD's, 5 rushing TD's but only having like 7 picks and a couple fumbles. That's just fine by me, because we have plenty of weapons on offense.

Cam 35 TDs = more. Cam is going to get close to that number in passing TDs and will run it at the goal line in crucial scenarios.

Luck 20 picks = less. Luck already knows just about everything in a pro style offense. He's incredibly accurate, can make any throw and knows were all 21 other players will be on the field at all times. I doubt he surpasses Cam's rookie year but I can see a stat line like this:

3500 yards

28 pass td

15 picks

I don't think luck ill improve much after that however without more talent around him.

Most likely. And because of this we'll be hearing that Cam is having a sophomore slump from the same cool people who only look at stats and don't watch our games. But we'll be winning so it won't matter.

no payton = brees throws for less

eagles 2011 = eagles 2012

newton more than 35 TDs. totally agree with LDT. 30 passing and 6-7 rushing.

luck less than 20 INTs, but if they're smart they won't coddle and babysit him. if they want him to have anywhere near the success of peyton, they need to give him the same freedom to throw, learn, risk, and make mistakes. if he's what they think he will be, his psyche won't take a hit. if his psyche does take a hit then it was bound to happen at some point and it's better to get it over with. either he'll get over it or he won't and they can move on.

I expect fewer rushing TDs and more passing.

Simplistic, but true.

I expect a more balanced Offense. What that translates to as to stats and yards? I have no clue. I do believe Cam will throw and run less. But I can see more passing TDs coming, with less INTs. I expect us to be near what we were towards the end of last year. Just more effecient, opportunistic, and dangerous.

I agree that if Cam does not set the world on fire most outsiders will claim Sophmore Slump. Laughable. Understandable, but laughable.

    • Jalon Walker not looking like a bust? That can't be right.
    • To be fair. Our GM is the assistent of the worst GM in NFL history.  We pay trillions of dollars on the Oline and cant pass protect or run.  We pay trllions of dollars on the D-dine and cant pass rush.  We cant draft. We are a bad team. With a bad owner and really bad management.
    • Stud: WR Tetairoa McMillan In the midst of all the incompetence and mediocrity, there's one shining hope for the future of this franchise. Rookie wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan led the team with six catches and 100 receiving yards. He also had an extremely impressive one-handed catch wiped out becaue he couldn't quite stay in-bounds. McMillan is a bit slower, but there are flashes of some Julio Jones in his game. His route running and YAC ability are both far better than they were advertised coming out of the draft.   Or, you know, exactly what anyone who watched enough of his tape would have known.   Honestly, our Arizona board could never understand this knock on him in the pre-draft process, because we all knew it wasn't true.  And sure, we're fans who watched all his games, but you'd think the experts who supposedly watch all the snaps of these type of prospects would have been seeing it too, it was glaringly obvious to us. Seriously, how many times did I say here that he could run every route needed?  How many times did I talk about his surprisingly good run after catch ability for someone his size?  How he wasn't a burner, but he was amazingly smooth for a 6'5" WR? As I've said, only 2 players from Arizona, both football and basketball, have I ever felt they were 1 million percent can't miss stars in the pros.  T-Mac and Gronkowski, that's it.  One is the greatest TE in NFL history, the other is about to take Smitty's mantle as the Panthers WR GOAT when all is said and done.
