Man, that's a lot of bread to cough up at once; even for a pro athlete. Not only is he an exceptional wide receiver, he's an even better human being. We all have some faults, and all make and will continue to make mistakes. It's things like this that make him my favorite player, and happy he's a Carolina Panther. He's made it from the bottom to the top, and gives back to the community. Admirable!

I dnt ever hear about basketball player donating or am I just not paying attention.

Those dudes make killer money

You're not paying attention. NBA players donate more to charity than any other athletes in the US. LeBron James is at the top of Parade Magazine's most generous athletes list.

James didn't even make the list you speak of. If you look a previous years it doesn't seem he has ever made the list.

Thats the Giving Back Fund list, which doesnt include JUST ATHLETES.

Thats not the list I speak of.

^^^There's the list I speak of. As for yours, the 2.5 million LeBron raised for Boys & Girls in 2010 from "The Decision" would've put him top 5 on yours. And thats just 1 thing.

So how to athletes make that list and not Lebron James? If he donated more, he would be ranked above them. It's not that difficult to understand is it?

What you linked isn't a ranking at all and Lebron did not donate that money....it came from the ad sales. The advertisers weren't buying ad space from Lebron James they were buying it from the network.

I have waaaay over estimated the intelligence here.....so carry on.
