Jim Irsay: Major Trade in the Works

Why would the Jags trade MJD into the DIV, dont see that happening.

Wallace from the Steelers I dont see that happening either, too many reasons to list.

So I wonder who........

That's the general rule, but if they are getting blown out of the water by an offer, they need to take it. If they don't want to pay MJD what he wants, getting a first and/or second rounder would be huge.

The Jags I have all the leverage it the MJD holdout. I believe after this year, he still has two more years on his contract, MJD will be in Jacksonville IMO this year no matter what.

Irsay is a "everybody look at me" sumbitch ain't he.

I was thinking another WR, or perhaps a solid receiving TE? I don't see MJD going there.

They drafted tight ends in the second and third this year.

Gotta be receiver or a back.

    • Ha ha. Are you saying that in response to the whole team, or just the Panthers? LOL  I was ninth, so I was stuck between C-Mac and someone lesser, and I really should've picked a receiver when I picked Chuba. But, YOLO. If CMC gets hurt, I hope that this San Fran writer was correct in his assertion that Guerendo is simply the better, more explosive backup. I know they signed Brian Robinson, but I think he's JAG more than anything else. Guerendo has a bit of an injury history himself, but he is 220 with legit 4.3 speed. I must admit that I took my chances with the receivers. I actually traded Chubb and Mixon for T-Mac. I'm hoping that Ollie Gordon learns the top spot in Miami and that Dont'e Thornton becomes the top dawg in Vegas. If that happens, I'll be great. Between Pearsall, Thornton, Golden, Coleman and X, someone has to break out. I also have Christian Watson in an IR slot (though I want to put something together to acquire Rashee Rice).
    • Thanks for sharing. This is fascinating stuff. I know some of us were hesitant with him due to his limited play within structure in college and the need to constantly relying on hero ball. But his lack of ownership and lack of work ethic is staggering.
    • We had 3 chances to hire harbaugh and 2 different owners passed.   We deserve every bit of misery that comes our way.  We always zig left when we should zig right.  We have had owners that thought they could outsmart the system
