Poole is better. Smith has been in more today so he has had more chances to make big plays but the plays poole has made have been even better. I like Smith though. I think it is too close to call. I'll be happy either way. They are both better than Vaughan that's for sure. And that is what is all about. Improving the team.

Poole looked pretty damn good too. It'd be nice if we could keep them both and have a stud free agent DE or CB with the money we instead used to resign DWill.

Smith has played pretty damn good so far. But I guess this is where Hurney draw a name out the hat to see either Smith or Poole get to stay.

Poole is a better blocker. He is also a pretty good runner and a better pass catcher. Poole to PS, Smith either makes team or is cut

Hard call... I've been driving the Smith bandwagon since a week or two ago (whichever game he played in after we signed him back). I didn't see where all the hype was coming from with a lot of people regarding Poole from the little he was in prior to his injury.

BUT, after tonight... Wow. It's a tough situation. I wish we could keep them both. They both seem to have incredible potential that I'd hate to see another team end up with.
