This is what our 53 man roster will look like…with extra people like that we will have to get rid of some good players…we can forget about 4 WR sets

I am hoping at least we get creative if we go with a roster like that..my ideal

1. use some two FB blocking both in the backfield at once

2. to offset no 4 WR sets we go to some 3 TE sets

3.we must have slash players not just a KR or PR..Maybe a WR/RB/KR

All in all we still will have to get rid of some good players…that I will hate to see go..if peppers comes back what about Taylor

i don't see that with the above that we would be lacking for much. backup center is an issue but we'd have to make sure that one of our backup OL can handle it as well as the LS.

Great call on Cadogin, I think he is a high quality UDFA. Back-up Center might probably be Berndaeu he has experience working out of that position. I have a felling Hayden is on the hot seat unless he out competes everyone this off season. I think Oshinowo and the LSU DT could supplant him in the camp and pre season. ... Do not forget the surprise signing of Derrick Brooks on the outside 1 year contract!!!!! maybe not.

Pretty much sums up our roster at this point of the offseason. :cheers2:

i wouldnt be suprised to see rosario cut..and keep another TE on the practice squad just in case of an injury. JMO

Going in with 2 TE's? Highly unlikely... Only way Rosario gets cut is if his back is more serious than meets the eye. Very little mentioned on it other than "he's getting it done now than when he should have: in January"..

The only thing I would do different is keep Quinton Teal instead of Anthony Scirrotto. Teal already has experience in our system and is a good special teams player.

i'm going to be pulling for scirrotto. he'll be a better safety, imo, and dude is a pretty fierce hitter. he'll either beat out salley or teal but i definitely see him backup SS.

    • I could be waaaaaaay off about Kon. I do fault myself into, to borrow a NFL phrase heavily "RAS" nerd on players, too much. There are PLENTY of athletic freak shows that are playing overseas(or Amazon delivery) cause they never figured out NBA ball. I can easily miss seeing the talent. Plus did he only have 2 dunks on the season??(is that for real??) I didn't watch over a few hours of duke, but not one point did I think "That Kon guy is a top 4 pick in the upcoming draft". IMO I still foresee Ball bringing the ball up, doing his weak isolation game and never even looking for Kon. That's his best trait according to everyone, shooting right? I do not see ball, bridges, miller or even williams making the extra pass to Kon for him to shoot a 3.  Then defense-wise, Im not ready to type the amount of questions I foresee in his ability for guarding NBA SGs or bench SFs for that matter. Not that NBA players care to defend, but still..... I just feel he's a bad fit for the current hornets, trades are taking place tho... Liam to me is a decent comp for Kon and he fell some, but was a 29 overall pick. Still around 13-21 was the good solid range for Liam and I thought the same for Kon. This is just a classic case of I need to see it. It add to this, Kon is like garlic. Ball is like sugar and Miller is like flour. Mix it together and chef Lee is not going to get me to eat that dish..... Honestly I don't know why Im this vocal about Kon. In past years I would be patience and not post and see what the kid has. The other side, insert classic white boy terms here- _____, ______, _______< etc >. Hornets do desperately need them. His crafty back door cuts, his willingness to stay a extra 2 hours to refine lees plays, keep playing with bruised limbs. I heard from many reports he's mentally tough and hornets by all gods need that. God they are such pussys.  I hope Im wrong and if so, I will give Kon his just props.
