If I went into your house. Sat down to watch TV in your chair, told your wife she was ugly? fat? Then proceeded to insult you for 3 hours what would you do ?

Would you: Sit quietly? Get loud ? Whoop my arse ?

I think the latter is most likely with the average american.

Your home is just that a home. It is a place of protection, rest, and relaxation. Someone does not enter your home and disrespect you. It just doesn't happen. It is your house.

Sure you may let someone you don't really care for (Inlaws, daughters bf, etc) into your home, but you do so knowing they will show you respect.

With that said, I want to remind you of something.

THIS fuging PLACE:

bank-of-america-stadium1.jpg

IS OUR FOOTBALL HOME.

fuging ACT LIKE IT.

I understand. Really I do. It's not in some of you to yell and get rowdy like the 500's might do. You don't have much backbone. Its ok. Modern American and their participation trophy's and corporate jobs of asslicking have done this to your mind.

BUT Kurb KNOWs deep down inside you are tired of this guy:

fan_with_who_dat_haircut.jpg

and this guy:

and Thursday maybe even this guy:

Coming into your house and completely shitting in your face with disrespect.

Im not promoting violence against a good natured fan of a opponent. But when they start running off at the mouth at how your state sucks, your city sucks, your team sucks, you suck, your family sucks and so on. Please, for the love of all that is Panthers Football, SHUT THEM THE fug UP.

I say all this as I plan to depart for the game myself.

I am attending the game with my Father in Law, a life long Giants fan.

He bought the tickets, tickets a Panthers fan should have long purchased...tickets I SHOULD HAVE Purchased.

I go knowing he will root for his team, but be respectful at the same time.

Protect your home Panthers Nation.

The world (minus TWC) will be watching.

They should hang this post on a banner right below Jerry's "for the fans" quote in the main concourse.

Sadly, your rallying cry will fall on def ears. Section 529 represents like a boss, but on my way up I plan to pass a lot of scummy Giants ****** runnin their loud ass mouths. I will do my part as I do every game. But I always feel like if something goes down, a majority of Panther fans would not have my back.

Beautiful....I never will forget how the Ravens yankee ass fans invaded our house in '10 making fun of NASCAR and barb-q, etc. because at the time we were 1-8 and all of the 'faithful' PSL owners had dumped their tix on e-bay and just let anyone and anybody ****** them up....it's a helpless feeling.

I'd love to have your back at the game. I am a bad apple at football games. However, I'm in Cali and have decided to watch this game at Buffalo Wild Wings instead of the comfort of my living room just so I can get into with some Giants fans. I will be fueled by Hop Stoopid IPA and Mango Habanero wings. I originally intended to wear my Beason jersey, but have decided to switch to the Cam just so some NYG fan can call me a bandwagon Cam fan and fire the opening salvo.

If my wife had any idea how much I premeditate these incidents, she'd forbid me from drinking more than she already does.

    • That is just Panthers history pain speaking.
    • From what I gather, sure it allows you more room in that you can manipulate the cap more due to smaller prorated amounts to fit salaries in, but for cap purposes, you're still on the hook for the money at the end of the day.    "ChatGPT You said: What are the advantages for NFL teams to sign larger signing bonuses? ChatGPT said: NFL teams often use large signing bonuses as a strategic tool in contracts. While they cost real cash up front, they offer several advantages, especially when it comes to salary cap management, player retention, and negotiation leverage. Here's a breakdown of the benefits: ✅ 1. Salary Cap Flexibility Signing bonuses are prorated over the life of the contract (up to 5 years) for salary cap purposes. This allows teams to spread out the cap hit, even if the player receives the money immediately. Example: A $20M signing bonus on a 4-year deal counts only $5M/year against the cap. ✅ 2. Attracting Top Talent Players love signing bonuses because they're guaranteed money paid up front. Offering a bigger signing bonus can sweeten the deal without inflating yearly salaries. ✅ 3. Front-Loading Real Cash, Not Cap Teams with strong cash flow can pay big bonuses now while minimizing the immediate cap hit. Useful for teams trying to build around rookie QB contracts or with flexible cash budgets. ✅ 4. Locking in Key Players Larger bonuses make it harder for a player to be released early due to dead cap consequences. This can create more job security for the player and roster continuity for the team. ✅ 5. Leverage in Restructures Big signing bonuses create future cap hits via proration. Teams can later restructure deals (e.g., convert salary to bonus) to create even more cap space. ✅ 6. Competitive Edge In free agency, a team offering more guaranteed cash up front often wins the bidding war, even if the total contract value is lower than another team's. ⚠️ Key Caveat: Large signing bonuses increase dead cap risk if the player is cut or traded early."   I think that roster bonuses can be a useful tool if you're trying to keep players in by manipulating numbers and spreading the hit over time, but I don't think that it's something that you want to use unless it's "necessary." I don't know that you want to get into signing rookies on roster bonuses, as the bust rate is relatively high.
    • not even if that team in New Orleans disbands before the first game.  Saw one 2026 mock that had them drafting first next year.
