Could not agree more. Cam Newton, the Offensive leader if not the team leader, should be in the O-lines face when they get beat. I know iNewton is calm and collected, but there are times you have to show you care... sorry but I don't understand his demeanor.. guess we'll see what happens in the second half.

And for the Defense.. what Defense? No one showed up tonight. WOW, that is really pathetic!

And yes, you have to lay it at Rivera's feet, he should be in guys faces coming off the field.

After listening to all the talk from this staff about playing attack football I'm certain that this team is nothing but a finesse team. Everything about this team is soft or relies too heavily on finesse. The only part of this team that can get away with that occasionally is the offense. The ST in particular is pissing me off. We have to be the only team who thinks it's OK for our blockers to either stand still or get pushed back every time on returns. As for the defense, this team needs to swallow it's pride, fire or relieve Mcdermett of DC duties , and leave Rivera as the HC/DC. I feel until he himself is personally responsible for the defense it's not going to get better. I believe Ron can be a good coach but he needs to do what he does best with the teams most obvious weakness.
