I wouldnt doubt that Rivera is losing this team by the minute.

A NFL head coach doesnt win his team by being completely "stoic" at all times.

Rivera brings no attitude and no identity to this team.

I don't know, they used to call Tom Landry 'Ole Stone Face'

and then there is Tony Dungy,

aberations both of course.

Personally, I would not care if he is a statue if he could win a game against a decent team.

What's confusing, that's exactly what happened.

-Mort made up a rumor and published it.

-Person read the rumor and asked Rivera about it.

-Rivera said "I don't know anything about that, if he's doing it it's not through the team, but if he is, it's great that he's being proactive."

-Panthers twitter and other sources leave out Rivera saying he knows nothing and take it as confirmation.

-Nobody bothers to actually ask Cam until after all this.

To think once upon a time all reporters did was report. Now they are in the job of sensationalizing stories or outright lying on certain players to feed their own egos and create personal attention. I guess someone in the media wanted their own Dez Bryant story featuring Cam. Why is that? So sick...

And you wonder why teams like the Patriots and Gaints, keep their dirt in house and quickly put out and deal with attention seekers in their club.

You folks seem to love when Smitty act up and embarrases the team anyway.

holy fuging poo...

we are 3 games into the fuging season...

the Cardinals are 3-0 for fuging Allah's sake...

any given sunday... bad day to have a bad day... yadda yadda yadda...

put the pitchforks and torches away and cut the kid a break...

You are so right..this place should never talk about other sites melting down when their teams lose...Sheesh..

Not only do this site break down, the damn captain of your team shows no self-control.

Maybe it's best if your team remain underdogs. You clearly can't handle the media hype.

the other thing that gets me with all this is during the presser when rivera is talking about the smith-newton situation and says he wishes it was something dealt with 'in-house', i see it as him saying he wishes the sideline reporter didn't take it and let the national media latch on to. he seems a lot more disappointed with the way people are trying to spin our loss on thursday into a total team meltdown. literally 4 days before newton was playing great and the o-line was 'earning their paydays'. hence during the presser he keeps reiterating that this was game 3 for a wildly inconsistant team.

rivera looks like a guy who believes in his system but doesn't have players who are fully ready to implement it for a multitude of reasons. he seems a little bent over the overreactions going on and is trying to get through it til the next game, when the storyline can hopefully change.

Other reporters see what Smitty did to Cam all the time with other teams. Some just know not to report it and some just won't depending on the player. You seriously believe none of the other teammates scream at their QBs or each other and some reporters catch it. As I keep saying, if it was Luck, I can bet you wouldn't have heard about it or it would be spun as simply Steve blowing off steam and Luck being the recepient. What Smitty did to Cam played right in the media's hand because they were the ones who were kept Cam's every move on tv for a reason and it was them who created Cam's "character issue" image in the first place.

Smitty part is overblown.

He's no where close to Santonio Holmes.

    • Sunday Ticket is now offering a monthly subscription if you're not interested in subscribing for the full package Keep in mind that the full package will be less expensive than getting billed monthly for the same timeframe.  But for a one-off month situation? Certainly an option to consider they also don't seem to mind if 2 households share the same Sunday Ticket login. If you call and ask for discounts, they kinda allude to "do you have a friend you can share the cost with" in the conversation
    • Watching ALL the games will require: Antenna or cable access to local broadcast partners to view the games of the local team. Due to blackout restrictions, the local games will not be available on Sunday Ticket.  What this means is that you DON'T NEED Sunday Ticket to view those local team's games. All games for a local team will ALWAYS be available on a local broadcast partner, no subscription required I've had success streaming the evening Sunday and Monday national games directly off the NFL/NBC/ABC websites, no subscription required. That said, ESPN may require login via your cable provider account - but it's included in your cable fee, so have fun with that.  NBC is available for free via antenna (or avail via cable, take your pick -- and ABC has been simulcasting the ESPN games, so that's also an antenna/free optio. The Peacock and Netflix exclusive games will require subscriptions to those services if the teams are not your local team YouTube will broadcast the Brazil game free  NFL Network for those random thursday games that aren't your local team... until the ESPN partnership comes into play, in which case your ESPN subscription should give you access (lots of assumptions with this bullet) Everything else is pretty much Sunday Ticket or go to your local bar I may have missed one, but the general gist is above In short, don't believe the online influences who say you need to purchase a full-year subscription to a service to watch "all" the NFL games (ie full year of Peacock). Because you don't need a full-year sub.   So no -- there is not a single service that will let you watch ALL the games Sunday Ticket will only cover you only for the sunday daytime games.
    • Aaaaaaand... ND immediately throws an INT. Tried to run that same screen they've ran a dozen times tonight and Miami had two defenders sitting on it and he threw it anyway.
