Walking dead season 3

Great episode, much better than last week's... Wouldve been epic proportions to have both episodes as a 2-hour premier....

Wasnt big on Glenn's attitude, he can be a strong character without tryin to be, it was a bit over the top...

How was it at the end all them zombies were just walking in the open gate? Wouldnt they have been at the fence instead of walking into the only opening that just opened? Following the masses, I guess....

Rick was awesome, loved the 'coming back from sanity then headin back out to it' exchange with Hershel. Didnt think Hershel was going to make it last night, excellent timing G...

Norman Reedus can not leave the show, it would go downhill real quick if he does. Going to be interesting what they do with Merle from here, he assisted in saving Rick's hide last night...

Andrea...??? Ummm......Yeah...

So is Tyrese done? Yous had me all excited, liked that guy back in The Wire, shame he;s gone...

So the prison was attacked by 4 people? The Gov'nah, Martinez, TrojanZombie driver & tower shooter, no? Them 4 had everybody duckin & covered??

How is it the walkers didnt show up until the end of the shootout? How did they all arrive at the same time? Rick was shooting for a while before he was in danger from zombies...

I'm assuming that Tyrese's group will come back and they'll invite them to stay and fight.

I'm also assuming that the bunch of walkers at the end attacking Rick were drawn in by the gunfire.

I'm thinking they are going to form a temp alliance with Merle just to try and defeat the Gov. But Merle's definitely going to cause problems... Glenn, Maggie and Michonne all hate him and the others know what he is too. Could be very tense next week. :)

The point is to survive and make a life. What else is there? They don't know for sure that there is no cure. What else should they do? Give up and die?

My problem with the show is that their appears to be no end game. If Rick and his crew end up killing the Governor, then what? They take over Woodberry and live happily ever after? If the show is about survival how long can you do that before it becomes repetitive? That's what I'm talking about when I say that the show is going around in circles. Where is the show going?

The entire point of Walking Dead is that there is no "end game". There's no happy ending, There's been 85 or so comics and they have not run out of stories there yet.

That may work for the comics, but you can't do that with TV. People are going to get bored after a while. And when you have a show that spins its wheels and goes nowhere, people are going to tune out.

    • Was at the game and NYCFC honestly outplayed CLT the whole way.  Khalina and Zaha carried the team.  Zaha's wife on IG making it sound like he's gone come July. They're going to have to pay him or find a big time replacement because the team looks like pretty lost without him.
    • No one's saying LaMelo has no blame we're responding to you acting like he's the reason they lost. The scapegoating and blaming the teams woes on his personality is where it's like Cam Newton all over again. It was a failure on multiple fronts and primarily Lee's. Dude said ON AIR pregame that they had to protect the paint and if that was his gameplan going in he couldn't have botched it more. As the commentators said Ball's a rhythm guy and Orlando was preventing him for getting any kind of flow going. I'm a normie watching on TV and said they needed to bait them into fouling to combat that. They didn't even try until the 2nd half when it was too late. I think it's fair to expect the star to overcome whatever but LaMelo was not the problem in that game and he's not what is holding the team back. He's the only reason they're flirting with being a great team. I kinda put the center play on Lee too. Moose is great until he's up against a big who can body him. We've always known that and that's what Kalkbrenner is for. I don't know if it would have changed much but Kalkbrenner should have had more minutes than him.  And moving forward with the center position, I just think it's the time to trade Diabate while his stock's high and that's not an indictment of his game. He's like an evolved combination of Biyombo and PJ. He's a great rim protector and the strength issue is just what you're going to have to deal with if you want that. But Kalkbrenner is perfectly capable of protecting the rim and we gotta get away from the undersized centers or it'll always be a problem for us.
    • Honestly its why that Jalen Coker grab was a big deal.  I'd been warming up to the idea of a sadiq pick and was adamantly against a receiver...but this altered my train of thought.  I mean For instance, Cade Otton signed for 3 yr 30 mil contract...thats not dramatically different than the rookie payscale for #19 (4 year 20 mil with 5th year option), however you KNOW otton is decent...no clue if Sadiq will be anything.
