If Packers lose this weekend... (2-4)

That's right, the Green Bay Packers will be 2-4.... Does this make you feel better about our record? I mean, this is a team everyone expected to own people...

Especially with the way Rodgers performed last year. Don't want to turn this into a race thing, (I'm white) but I think Cam is taking way more grief for his performances than Rodgers is for his.

GB seemingly has the defense and obviously a potent Offense (see last year)

It just dawned on me that they'd be 2-4... Which honestly makes me feel better about where we're at as a franchise with a 2nd year QB and coaching staff.

Just trying to make myself feel better I guess

I'd love to hear y'alls thoughts though

They're one regular ref from being 3-2. Most everyone looks bad against SF and Indy just exploded in an emotional win last week. They're a team that has had a really bad break and played a really good team for 2 of their loses. We just suck right now. So no them being 2-4 doesn't make me feel better.

They are not one 'regular' ref from being 3-2, if there were regular refs they would be 2-3 still... If you watched the whole game you would see the call that gave GB the only TD to put them ahead. That call was WORSE than the catch in the endzone, that one just happened to be at the end of the game. Seattle outplayed GB all game, and there were horrid calls both ways, if the game was called properly, Seattle would still come out on top. Thats not me being biased either, I admit the call was terrible. But def. not the worst call that game. Those scab refs almost cost the hawks a victory.

Worst call of the game was the defensive interference call on GB before that.

I don't disagree with you there. But the PI call on Browner was worse than the TD, I mean honestly, it's a crapshoot. But bottom line is Seattle wouldn't have needed a drive if the game was called properly. If you look at the numbers, GB was flat outplayed, officiating made the game into a crapshoot

    • Dude, I think I might be having Jarvy withdrawals... I ripped the sleeves off of all of my t-shirts in my sleep last night. Every bite of my Alpha-Bita cereal spelled Seth, this morning. And, I took 7 naps before lunch. I'm losing it guys! Jarvy's Jaunty Band of Jaggoffs are getting more play than he is... smh Team Canada doesn't treasure Jarvis the way he deserves. He should take his band down to Liechtenstein, get a bag of passports, and start his own Olympic team! The raw animal magnetism of Jarvilicious will bring in a handful of NHLers on its own. And, since the IOC believes in collective punishment, he could have his pick of the rookies. Then, just fill out the rest of the roster with the maple blooded great white northerners who couldn't make the top squad. Can't trust this assembled awesomery to just any old Liechtensteinien with a clipboard and a whistle. Gotta bring in a legend worthy of this gold medal gambit. A hockey HOFer with the balls to buck the system and the aura to match our maverick. Huere geil, Vaduz!!! 2030 Gold Medal guaranteed!
    • Tennessee isn't trading a QB on a 2nd round contract that has starting experience.  That's bad business.
    • OT is the top priority as it is both an immediate and future need.  I wouldn't be past trading up slightly to get the guy we want.  You need that rookie contract right now.  Icky is a dead 17.5 million for the season.  Morton is 20+ mil for the season, Hunt is 20+ mil for the season.  There needs to be forward thinking regarding the future.   Caleb Lomu is a left Tackle, he's a solid prospect, he may be the best pick for us now and in the future.  I would seriously consider cutting Hunt after 2026, and let Lomu and Icky fight for the LT job, loser moves inside.  Icky's future may be at guard after this injury anyway.  If Damien Lewis keeps up his level of play he will need to be paid sooner rather than later.  Yosh and BC can be our top two depth OL at an affordable price.  You will need to look at OT again in 2027. Getting an EDGE for the sake of getting an EDGE outside of the top 10 is pretty risky.  I wouldn't be against eyeing someone like Cashius Howell, Derrick Moore, or TJ Parker in the 2nd (even if we trade a future pick to move up) or DDS in the third. I'd love to see us try to sign both Leo Chenal and Matt Millano in FA.   Chenal for the blitzing element we are missing from our LB corps and Millano for his elite coverage.  They could both work in tandem.  Remember, our FO has deep ties to both KC and Buffalo. I love thinking about the draft, but until Free Agency hits, we are clueless.  Looking at the strength of FA and the draft, OL is priority #1, LB #2, and EDGE #3.  We know what happens to Bryce when protection falls apart.
