I'm a casual football fan and wouldn't call myself an expert by any means. I couldn't go down there and do Ron Rivera's job. The team would be incompetent if I was head coach.

But I'm sitting here watching the final Bears drive, yelling at the screen. The Bears struggled on offense all day, so they turn to quick slant routes because the Panthers are running soft zone coverage. If I'm Ron Rivera, CALL TIME OUT - get your scheme adjusted. Play press coverage, change something! The Bears were so obvious in what they were doing on that final drive that even idiots like me could see it. How does Rivera not at least call time out and confer with his coaching staff to figure out a solution right then?

I just can't support this guy. Richardson needs to fire him ASAP.

      Btw... only Mitch fugging Marner has a better +/- than Key 🔑!!! And, Mitchy needed 5 more games and almost 100 more shifts to get there.

      I was honestly flabbergasted to see Rod send out Stanky and the boys to to matchup against their top line to start the game. The reason that line has been so effective is because they've been matched mostly against 2nd and 3rd lines all year. You've got last change. Use it to your advantage.

      Nobody played well on defense last night. But, the vitriol towards Chatfield (and to a lesser extent, K'andre) is bigly misplaced. People (not just you) just refuse to accept how bad Slavin has been this season. And, I get it. Canes fans (and informed analysts) have spent nearly a decade trying to explain to casuals just how good Jaccccob is at hockey. 4Nations happened and the hockey watching public started to listen. National media even started floating the idea of creating a new award in his honor. Then this season, he gets hurt. It happens. NBD. But, when he finally came back, it wasn't the same. He'll get back to his old self in no time. Probably just some rust, it'll be fine. Only, it wasnt rust, and he's not fine. He's bad right now. It wasnt just last night. Although, that was absolutely the worst game of his NHL career. Slavin (-4) currently has the 3rd worst +/- of anyone left in the playoffs. We've  been begging the world to recognize Jaccob Slavin's greatness. And, by the time we finally got people to listen, he shits the bed! I blame Kash!
