Agreed... We are the root cause for this franchises content with losing. Think about it from a business perspective, "If the target consumers (fans) will continue to support the team by via purchasing tickets and merchandise while settling for constant underachievement year in and year out, why should the front office work harder to make the product better to retain our support?"

Anyone ever notice when and sports franchise's fans make enough noise, things happen... Coaches get fired, GMs excused and players are cut or traded. Expressing our displeasure and frustration dosent make us bad fans, it is what makes franchises like the panthers different from the steelers and patriots.

We are looking forward to guys like AE and Gettis getting on the field meanwhile, the good teams are controlling their own destiny by acquireing proven talent in FA. Our fans also want to trade away our best players because they have made personal mistakes, arent leaders or dont give them time to develop leadership skills. Cam is 23 and never had to be a leader at Blinn or Auburn, he was essentially a one man show carrying the team on his back by making the plays himself... He never had to lead... GIVE HIM TIME!!!!

I still think we're really close, just can't take that next step to finish.

Yeah I do too. They've been in all these games excluding the giant game. They just need to as an offense and defense play a lot better in the last 2 minutes in the four quarter. They could have easily been 6-1. Its growing pains but I believe they've figure it out...this season.

Failing to build a successful buisness, or team rather, I am sure JR consideres selling CAM and having PSSL owners a 'successful buisness', doesn't say much about the product though. In relation to Hurney, Jake, Fox etc. and owner who waits too long to do anything about it.

Our true curse will be gone soon however. Some JR lovers will say things will change but if we look at history its much more likley we won't be winning with JR and will have to wait until a new owner, hopefully more of a fan of the team and not just the buisness (I realize that is his main job) will take over and losing will mean changes immedietley...instead of when it is *painfully*, obviously overdue.

....only problem with JR is he's too damn loyal and has a high degree of integrity... not a curse, just upstanding. JMO.
