here's something else to throw into it...

player A:

14 of 17 TDs were at home (indoor, on turf)

16 of 17 TDs were on turf

16 of 17 TDs were indoors

6 games played outdoors

player B:

8 of 18 TDs were at home (outdoor, on grass)

13 of 18 TDs were on grass

17 of 18 TDs were outdoors

3 games played indoors

does one of these players need ideal situations for them to perform?

and another (receiving):

player A:

9 targets, 6 recps, 41 yards, 0 TDs

player B:

30 targets, 22 recps, 121 yards, 2 TDs

falcons keep feeding turner the ball the way they have been he's going to be burned out.

i say, let him carry it. he's only good on artificial turf and under a roof so there is going to be lot's of futile efforts (wasted reps).

That has got to be a concern, did they draft a RB this year to help carry the load? I think Norwood is pretty solid, not the grinder that Turner is if he ever had to miss a couple of games. God forbid Stew or Will went down, the other could carry the load for a few games. Turner is a beast, although, you made some good points as far as not in dome stats, we held him in CHECK our first meeting. This year tho, I would bet the team will give Ryan the ball more and Turner not have to see 300+ carries, that has been detrimental to RB's in the past, i.e. LJ, LT, Holmes and so on.

I would not ask for another situation here, I love physical, punch-you-in-the-face football that we run here.

Yeah you're right I remember all those bad weather games where Deangelo just toughed it out. All of those 13 games he played outdoors were in horrible unthinkable conditions. I think it was at least 10 below for every Panthers home game last year. Carolina hardly ever plays in a bad weather game. The Panthers could play the Patriots in Dec. at NE it could snow all week and on Sun. it would be 50 and sunny. Carolina has hardly ever played a bad weather game. So don't give me ideal conditions as a reason. Williams or Stewart couldn't carry the ball 300 or more times in an NFL season without ending up on IR.

Player A must be doing something right as he is averaging close to 7 yards a reception.

at Green Bay: 25 degrees with 20 mph winds and snow flurries at the end of the game.....Fail

at New York: 20 degrees, unworldy winds.....Fail

Chicago at home: 88+ degrees+Humidity....Fail

and lol at the last part bragging about your back toting the rock 300 plus times. It doesn't concern you at all that your running the legs off your bell cow back in turner and your back up option is Norwood? If it doesn't concern you...the lol at the stupidity coming out of the falcon fan base.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
