Well, it ended almost ending Cam's season. Understandably you don't wanna throw a flag on every play, instead they got it all wrong at the beginning....got hesitant with throwing flags late when the Raiders were going for the juggler. That first call got it all wrong, thus the downward spiral from there...it was a mess

I understand, but also remember it likely did end Carson Palmer's season.

If you watch the replay, Hardy had his right arm and shoulder into the back of Palmer with his head going left. About the same time Charles Johnson grabs Palmer and turns him just enough that Hardy's head is then partially into CP's back. Had Johnson not gotten hold of Palmer, it would have been a completely legit hit. It was just a bad set of circumstances.

Oh, I totally agree about Palmer, but it set the tone for the rest of the game...a cadre of subjective illegal hit calls to balance the call ratio...however, it allowed the Raiders to unfairly tag Cam...still, he's gotta have more poise but he's an intense dude and learning.

No...it's Cam. No one gives a fug how he gets treated. All they seemed concerned about is how he reacts, so they can jump back on their "Cam bashing" train.

Putting all jokes aside, even thou Cam was wrong for his outburst against the Ref, it wasn't like he did it out of the blue. He was clearly frustrated with the lack of calls against the Raiders and I guess when the Ref bumped into him, he simply reacted. Not right but it was clearly the nature of the game.

You guys won and didn't collapse, despite it's ugly ending. Congrats.

But the O-line does need to step up more and help Cam. No excuse for the Raider to be targeting Cam and the Panthers O-line not realizing it and do more to protect him.
