Every day that goes by without a GM the lesser the Chance of it being Beane, personally I've never put much weight into it being Beane, if they really wanted Beane why did they waste thier time Hiring someone to help with the GM search?

We are going to interview as many as possible so we make sure we hire the right guy. That is the way to do it. Don't just hire somebody based off of name recognition. Need to bring in a lot of guys and get a feel for them and how they would approach being GM for the Panthers.

I have no issue with the process, especially with Accorsi guiding it.

I'd just rather end up with Gettleman or Ross than the other options.
