Best burger you have ever had

The Five Guys in Mayfaire and the now extinct Cubbies in Ogden, both in Wilmington, come to mind.

Also, one little place in White Oak, NC called Cain's. Just a tiny burger joint on the side of the highway, and it is beyond delicious.

In Columbia, SC Pawley's front porch is popular and they have a food truck to hit other parts of town.

It was featured on Diners Dives and drive ins but I think its a bit overrated. Definitely a must try eatery in Columbia but of the 10 time ive been there the burger was great..maybe twice and sorta flavorless the other times..even with all the toppings.

Burger is sorta steamed and has little flavor bc of the lean meats they use. I prefer a good sear on the outside like five guys style.

Id rather eat a burger at Smashburger or Cowfish in Charlotte..

the Rookery, a bar in Macon Ga that serves a grass fed Beef burger called the "Allman Burger" best burger I have ever had by far..gotta get it grass fed however..

In and Out is good but tremendously overrated. So many better options unless you're in BFE Cali.

The best in Austin is still probably Casino El Camino, made all the better as it's a 6th St bar, so you can stumble back out for Flaming Dr Peppers at 1:30 am if needs be.
